Sintrivani is a luxury family villa, located in the exclusive Skinari region in north of Zakynthos, with stunning panoramic views across to the Peloponnese and Kefalonia. The villa can comfortably accommodate 12 guests in 3 double and 3 twin bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms.
With multiple terraces, a peaceful location and a large private pool; this is a place to relax, recharge and enjoy a wonderful family holiday. Locally there are extensive choices of places to sample wonderful local food, picturesque beaches and boat trips to the famous Blue Caves and the Shipwreck Cove.

Designed by renowned local architect, Konstantza Morfi, Sintrivani is a contemporary take on a classic Greek villa combining traditional stonework with a modern innovative design, resulting in a very beautiful and comfortable living environment.
Split across three floors the villa itself is cool and spacious with sleek marble floors, bright blue window shutters with unique wall art and tapestries. The ground floor is a large open-plan living space, with comfortable seating and a library of books, and indoor dining area and a fully-equipped modern kitchen; two en -suite bedrooms open onto the private terraces. On the first floor there are a further three bedrooms, all of which are en-suite with access to private balconies, while the lower ground floor houses the final bedroom, which is a self-contained apartment with its own kitchen and an independent external access.
The outdoor space at this villa is where it really comes to life, where a 13m pool is ideal large groups with gorgeous views out towards Kefalonia and the Peloponnese. A choice of terraces gives a set of options to relax, read or play games and then enjoy a cocktail before dinner. The al fresco dining table is where guests can enjoy long lazy lunches and balmy evenings under the stars. Agios Nikolaus is a very short drive away where a small but pretty port is home to a selection of waterfront tavernas. Boat trips from here visit the famous blue caves and Navagio beach (Shipwreck Cove).
