Villa Joy was as described on Simply Owners, communication was very good during booking. Bathrooms were modern and showers very good, kitchen had everything you could want. If I was to be picky some of the shutters on the doors were hard to close, one of the patio doors to pool couldn't be locked and back door wouldn't close luckily there's an iron gate the other side. Pool bed cushions need to be updated and garden brought back to the standard in photos. But still overall a lovely villa, would recommend. Spar shop 10 minute walk and 2 restaurants close by. Uber taxis so handy and cheap to travel into Vilamoura Marina or to beaches.
Brilliant house in terms of accommodation, distance to all amenities and very welcoming host
We love our vacations at this house in Vilamoura, this was our third time staying here. We keep coming back because it’s the best value for money in the area. The open space of the kitchen, living room, and outdoor is perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. Each bedroom having its own private bathroom is a major plus, offering comfort and convenience. Communication with Maria do Carmo and José is excellent as they are always available, responsive, and very friendly, making the entire experience, from booking to checkout, seamless and stress-free!
We were a party of six, flying into Faro. The villa was around a 35 minute drive from te airport. Clear instructions were given, and it was an was an easy drive. We arrived quite late, and the key was left in a secure lockbox for us. The villa was really nice - very spacious. All four bedrooms had an en -suite, with three of them being recently installed. Could not fault anything. The kitchen had everything required for catering. Ther were three areas in the living space - TV area, dining area and lounge. All were comfortable and easy to live with. The pool and garden area were huge - all great. I really am stuggling to have any criticisms at all The communication with Maria was excellent, and Jose (our man at the villa) was so nice. In all, one of the best. You will not be disappointed if you stay here PS We used EPI car rental at Faro Aiport, booked through Zest - really good.

Villa Joy was as its name suggests; a joy. It is furnished and equipped to a high standard and sits on a quiet road close to shops, cafes and restaurants. The layout offers 4 en-suite bedrooms and a large open plan kitchen diner/lounge. The garden and pool are both spacious and well kept. We’ll be back!
