Villa 39A and its sister property, Villa 39B are two semi-detached attractive villas situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac in Vilamoura, around 2km from the town center. The next town of Quarteira is also only 5 minutes drive away. These villas are typically Portuguese in style and are surrounded by extremely well tended gardens. Both villas are furnished and equipped to a high standard and very spacious ideal for all the family. Fully Licensed holiday villas.

Villa 39A - 4 Bedrooms, Sleeps 8 adults plus one infant.
Villa 39A (for up to 9 persons) is a slightly larger villa of the two and has 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 2 twins, one twin of which is on the ground floor level being the other three bedroom on the first floor.

The ground floor features a spacious living/dining room, which is comfortably furnished with dining seating for 10 and has patio doors to the side garden.

The kitchen is country style in design with a small breakfast bar. It is well equipped with microwave, toaster, electric kettle, fridge freezer, cooker and electric oven. The kitchen also has a small living section with sofa and chairs. It is also equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The ground floor level has a full bathroom. The first of the 3 bedrooms on the first floor is medium sized and has a veranda and a large en-suite bathroom with a feature corner bath, the second is very bright and spacious and the third is again spacious with a large veranda. TV with a variety of Portuguese/ English speaking channels. In the back garden there is a private pool 8 by 4 meters as well as a BBQ set in a rich atmosphere of tropical palms and plants.
During a week´s stay we provide a midweek clean with change of towels. As for a 2 week's stay we do the midweek cleans, plus a clean and change towels and sheets on the 8th day.
Check-ins are after 4PM but for early arrivals, if the villa is not yet ready for check-in, we can receive the luggage while guests go for a coffee or lunch till it's ready. Check-outs are at 10AM in order to prepare the villa for the new arriving guests. Again we can keep the luggage of the guests checking out, till they have their pick-ups to the airport from the villa.
Close by, at 1,5 km away there are 2 fully stocked supermarkets which meet all your needs, during your holiday, including a variety of fresh baked bread at all times, 7 days a week. In the town of Quarteira, you can easily find many family run restaurants with traditional meals at very economical prices. The Marina of Vilamoura offers a variety of restaurants, bars, and entertainment, including water sports. Zoomarine and Aquashow is a must for the younger ones.
