Now reduced - please get in touch for a personalised quotation**Casa Paragon is a three bedroom family-friendly detached villa with private* pool, located on the popular 5 star golf resort of Vila Sol with the resorts of Vilamoura and Vale do Lobo nearby (*pool can be heated for an additional supplement).
The villa is set in its own private tranquil south-facing garden with ample relaxation areas and private off-street gated parking. The entire villa is all on one level – with step free access to the terrace and garden areas making it ideal for those with limited mobility.

• Separate utility room with washing machine, tumble drier, drying rack, ironing board and second fridge-freezer.
• Spacious living/dining room with comfortable L shaped sofa, flat screen TV with UK TV channels - BBC, ITV, Sky sports and TNT/BT sports, (bring your log-in details for Amazon Prime, Netflix, Spotify etc.) DVD/Blu-ray player, Bluetooth speaker, DVDs, board games and plenty of books to read.
• The dining table seats eight and four sets of patio doors ensure this room is filled with sunlight for most of the day as well as providing direct access to the terraces overlooking the pool and gardens.
• Bedroom 1 - Superking bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, en-suite shower, sink and wc. A fold-up bed and cot are available on request. Sliding patio door to terrace and pool area.
• Bedroom 2 - Superking or two twins, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers. Sliding patio door to terrace and pool area.
• Bedroom 3 - Superking or two twins, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers. Sliding patio door to terrace and garden.
• Bathroom - Bath, shower, wc, bidet and single sink vanity unit with storage. Hairdryer provided.
• Security safe for valuables/laptop.
Outside the villa
The villa is in a cul-de-sac location so there's no through traffic, and there's plenty of parking on the gated driveway.
Surrounding the villa are ample relaxation areas on the paved terraces and in the lawned garden with mature trees and flowering shrubs.
The main south-facing terrace is well shaded and has ample seating comprising two sofas and four armchairs. A large dining table seating six completes the picture. The terrace overlooks the large private pool (10m x 5m) ensuring that families can supervise little ones easily. The pool has roman steps so it's easy to get into and out of and can be heated for a small supplement
To the side of the villa is a table tennis (ping pong) table, an additional dining table and a separate wc.
There are eight sun loungers and a hammock. We also provide pool towels, and a large outdoor parasol for shade. An outdoor shower is available for pool use.
Meals can be prepared al-fresco in the outdoor kitchen which has a sink and gas BBQ.
At night the terrace is a lovely spot to sit with a drink and watch the sunset. The entire perimeter of the house has wall lights, enabling the outside terrace areas to be used for dining and relaxation once the sun has set. The outdoor kitchen can also be lit at night and underwater pool and garden lighting create a lovely atmosphere.
Nearby
There's a good choice of bars, restaurants and coffee shops within an easy (7-10 minute) walk of the villa and plenty more in Vilamoura and surrounding areas.

The Aquashow water park is approximately 5 minutes away by car.
The Vila Sol 27-hole championship course with its clubhouse is within walking distance of the villa. Casa Paragon guests receive a discount on the green fees at Vila Sol. Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and the Vilamoura courses are all within easy driving distance.
For nightlife - visit Vilamoura Casino & Vilamoura marina
Supermarkets – Pingo Doce, Continente, Apolonia, Lidl and Aldi are all within 10 minutes by car

The guidebook is full of information about the villa and the local attractions so that you and your fellow guests can commence your holiday planning well in advance of your arrival. We are happy to answer any questions and provide any help you require to ensure that you have a fantastic holiday.
There’s plenty to do nearby and Casa Paragon has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location is perfect, being only 25 minutes from Faro airport. There's a good choice of low-cost flights from all areas of the UK to Faro airport.
The weather in the Algarve is usually mild and sunny during the UK winter. This is a good time to visit as flights to Portugal and car hire are at their cheapest. Golf groups welcome.
We are open all year.

Wonderful 10 days in Casa Paragon!
By Steve Yeo on 15-Aug-2024Fantastic break at at Casa paragon in Vila Sol; the villa is superbly located and ideal for a family holiday, the villa has everything you need to keep adults and kids very happy and with all amenities are very close by. Barbara and Tim provide everything you need to make the stay easy and comfortable and were on hand to resolve any questions we had. Would thoroughly recommend the villa, the hosts and of course the Algarve.

Fabulous villa
By Jo Hudson on 01-May-2024We stayed at the villa in May 2024 and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We found the inside of the villa to be modern and well appointed, with huge beds, well stocked kitchen and large tv (sky sports and BT sports are included). The pool is a great size whilst the gardens are quiet, well maintained and not overlooked. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating on the terrace, which includes a selection of rattan sofas and armchairs plus a large dining table. We spent our week exploring the local towns and coastline, all of which is easily accessible by car. We would recommend the old towns of Faro and Loulé, and there are lots of nice cafés and restaurants either on Vila Sol itself (which you can walk to) or in nearby towns such as Almancil. We look forward to returning to the villa next year!
A magical villa in a lovely part of the Algarve
By Christina McMenamin on 08-Mar-2024I stayed at Casa Paragon with my sister at the beginning of March 2024. Both of us had been to the Algarve in the past but not near Vila Sol. We loved everything. And I mean everything! Casa Paragon is truly stunning. I really don't think the photos do it justice. To have escaped cold and wet Britain, to open the curtains in my bedroom and to see the blue sky and the sun sparkling on the swimming pool - how do you beat that? The villa is spacious, incredibly well appointed and thought out and has absolutely everything you could need. Fancy a bit of table tennis? Tick. BBQ? Tick. Heating for the swimming pool? Tick. (Admittedly, this does cost extra but might be worth considering, especially if you're staying during the cooler months of the year). And, finally, the absolutely stunning garden, which wraps around the rear and the sides of the villa. The garden is immaculate and stocked with beautiful plants and trees, many of which don't grow in Britain. If you can tear yourself away from the villa, there are so many interesting places to visit, within about 30 minutes from the villa. You could, obviously, venture further afield but there is plenty to occupy you closer to home. For example, Faro is a beautiful, fascinating town that deserves a visit and is so much more than its airport. Go to the cathedral and climb the steps of the tower to have a panoramic view of Faro and its surroundings. Try not to be there on the hour, though, as we were - otherwise the cathedral bells (which are just above you!) will give you a fright as they strike the hour! Or go to Silves, with its lovely castle, dating from when Portugal was occupied by the Moors. There is a lovely cafe there where you can have a cooling drink (or more) under the trees. Talking of drink, I've saved the best till last: go to the supermarkets in nearby Quarteira (a few minutes' drive from the villa) and you will be amazed as to the quality of the wine available that's incredibly good value. I'm not ashamed to admit that my sister and I were happy to sample as many varieties of wine as we could during our stay! Aside from wine, the supermarkets are so well stocked and will have everything that you need for your stay, and more. And if you do want to eat out, there are a number of options actually within the Vila Sol complex itself, within walking distance of the villa. I think it's probably obvious from the above that we will, definitely, be back to Casa Paragon, and will be counting the hours until we do.

Wonderful villa in Portugal

We really enjoyed the large pool and lovely garden which was well maintained. The villa was equipped with everything you could need and felt like a home from home. The App and all the information provided for the villa and local area was really helpful. Barbara was very helpful and accommodating, thanks again. Looking forward to returning.
