El Sueño Finca is found in one of the most beautiful & unspoilt areas of the Costa de la Luz, in a secluded valley by the sea between the hilltop 'white village' of Vejer & the seaside town of Barbate - offering just five individual sustainably-renovated country houses sleeping one to eight persons in eight organic acres of gardens, orchards and marismas (water meadow) tucked within a small protected Natural Parque for our guests to enjoy year-round.
The spacious and private Cortijo (farmhouse) has four en-suite bedrooms and its own pool, including two king doubles and two twins (doubles) - so ideal for friends and families who like their own space, to share or as the base for a group of up to 16 guests booked with two Casitas.
The four Casitas (cottages) offer one, two and three bedrooms each with their own private patio and garden area, sharing a pool with sun terrace - our two bedroom Casita Mimosa is particularly adapted for guests with mobility requirements and wheelchair use, although all Casitas are on a single level. Set in the acres of gardens are two play areas for children aged one to 12 years, with a shady table tennis area too, as well as a bees & butterflies garden to relax in. El Sueño is laid-back retreat welcoming singles, couples, friends & families, with a daily bilingual caretaker to clean the pool, weekly housekeeping with linen change and final clean on departure all included - a bilingual childminder, arrival shopping service and bike hire are also available on request.
For those who want to explore, just a short drive away there are also miles of glorious beaches, great restaurants, shops & markets, nature reserves & a range of activities from horseriding, golf and equestrian Sunshine Tour and art exhibitions at Dehesa Montenmedio nearby, cookery courses, (kite)surfing , wildlife tours to whale & dolphin watching - while popular day trips are many of the historical and cultural gems of Jerez, Seville, Ronda & even Morocco.
