The deposit for the villa is 25% on booking and the remaining amount to be paid 2 weeks before your holiday...There is a £500 damage fee that will be repaid 14 days after your holiday has finished.

Good sized villa with garden and pool. It seems to have been recently painted but the rest of the property is tired and seriously needs updating.
