Pelican Landing is a beach-to-bay complex that offers many amenities such as heated pool, pickle ball, sunrises on the Bayside and sunsets on the beachside.
This 2-bedroom, 2- bath smart home has been completely updated including porcelain flooring and lighting throughout. The kitchen is a chef's dream that comes complete with updated high-end appliances along with pots, pans, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee maker, rice cooker, all utensils and linens. The above-cabinet lighting and below-cabinet lighting just add to the beauty. Make your favorite beverage at the built-in wine cooler that comes with wine, champagne, beer and cocktail glasses and decanters. There are 3 TVs in the condo. The living room has a 60" TV with surround sound system, the master bedroom also features a 60" TV, and the guest bedroom has a 45" TV. There are also 2 Blue Rays players to watch your own movies, and for the quieter evening, curl up with a good book in the reading nook.
There is a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the guest bedroom, and the loft has 2 twin beds.
Pelican Landing has many amenities including a large, heated swimming pool and hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, a clubhouse, and limited availability of a boat slip and kayak storage during your stay. The unit has everything you need for your beach vacation, including beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas.
There are several restaurants on Manasota Key that are a comfortable walking distance from Pelican Landing. A free golf cart shuttle service can be arranged if you do not feel like walking.
Grocery stores, shopping, and many restaurants are only a short drive away. Groceries can be delivered right to your door to meet you when you arrive! Enjoy the farmers' market on Dearborn Street Thursdays (October through May) for some locally grown fruit and vegetables as well as other goods. For those that love to be on the water, there are many charter boats offering deep sea fishing, sunset and dolphin tours, and more. You may also rent your own boat, jet ski or even go parasailing. Close to Venice and Sarasota and all the restaurants, great shopping, museums and theatre and numerous golf courses.
