Description

Beautiful historic Tuscan villa, close to the wonderful small town of Sansepolcro, with a private drive and standing in large terraced gardens with heated swimming pool and air-conditioning in the bedrooms and main living room. The house has been fully restored, retaining many original features but with modern touches and with beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. There are spacious terraces for dining and enjoying an aperitif al fresco, as well as the orignal fully-functioning outdoor pizza oven. The house sleeps 10 +1 and pets are very welcome!
Weekly cleaning charge (to be added to the rental cost) euro 175
Extra cleaning, if you wish to arrange this: euro 15 per hour
Airconditioning (cost included in the high season, June - August); euro 150 per week (additional cost, on request in mid season)
The swimming pool is open from 1 April to 31 October; pool heating euro 150 per week (on request from May - September)
Security deposit: euro 750 to be paid before arrival as specified in the booking confirmation.
30% deposit upon booking confirmation; : balance 30 working days prior to arrival.
Arrival and departure: Saturdays arrival from 4 pm and departure latest 10 am.
