Combining the old with the new this traditional stone bungalow has been fully renovated and decorated to include all modern facilities and appliances. Car access is via a private entrance with electric operated gates to a covered parking area.

The property is L-shaped and the 2 bedrooms are located at either end of the property with the living/dining area and kitchen both centrally located. The villa is equipped with A/C units and ceiling fans; flyscreens and shutters are fitted to all external doors and windows.

The lounge/dining area has a traditional feel with overhead wooden beams a flat-screen TV, wi-fi, ample seating consisting of 2 comfy leather sofas. Also in this area is a dining table with 6 chairs, a sideboard, a coffee table, wi-fi and a log burner.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom comprising a walk-in shower (new from 2025), vanity unit and toilet. The second bathroom, which adjoins the twin bedroom, contains a separate shower, vanity unit and toilet.

Both bedrooms have plenty of storage areas and hair dryers, and open out via patio doors, to a superb rear pool area.

The swimming pool, measuring 3.5mtrs x 7mtrs, is salt water (chemical free) and heated; also available is a 5-person hot tub - both bath and pool towels (together with hand towels) are provided.

Both the pool and hot tub sit alongside the covered terrace areas which overlook a well-manicured garden. The villa is south facing and offers all day sunshine so ideal for the keen sun worshipers. An outside gas barbeque is provided together with a dining table with chairs and other seating areas.

The villa has underfloor heating fitted throughout which, together with the log burner, make for an ideal winter break location.
