By Christine & Nigel on 12-Mar-2025What a pleasure staying in this fabulous apartment. Spotlessly clean, quality furnishing and white goods, extremely well equipped for your every need. And the sun drenched Terrace is just amazing, again very well equipped with dining table and chairs, a lovely comfortable bench, two large umbrellas and four comfortable sun beds. You get the sun all day from morning until the sun goes down over the hill in the evening. And beautiful views over the sea.. The underfloor car parking is very secure and convenient being right next to the lift which takes you straight up to the apartment level . Communication with Mark is excellent. He’s very quick to respond. We had a small issue the a loose internal door handle and there was someone there the next day to fix it. Highly recommend this lovely apartment.

By Jan on 18-Jan-2025Just left this fantastic apartment which was spacious, equipped to a high standard with everything you would want. The balcony was huge and looked out over the Mediterranean, we even spotted a dolphin. The apartment comes with a parking spot next to the lift which makes loading and unloading easy. Dealing with Mark, the owner, was easy and he always replied straight away.

By Lucy on 20-Jul-2023What a glorious week spent at this fantastic apartment! ☀️☀️ The owners have really thought of everything to make it feel home from home. Excellent Wi-Fi (essential with two teenagers in tow!) and plenty of English tv channels (if you’re not too busy exploring!). Our stay coincided with the Spanish heatwave but thanks to the air con in the apartment this was not a problem. The spacious terrace and sea views are just fabulous! The patio furniture is of excellent quality and very comfortable. Apartment was spotless and very well equipped. Plenty of soft fluffy towels in the bathrooms, power showers were excellent with plenty of hot water. The kitchen had more than enough of everything so you weren’t washing up/ loading the dishwasher every 5 minutes! Beds were super comfy, and ample wardrobe space and hangers to unpack all your things. The swimming pool area was lovely and the pool itself was nice and warm. The grounds were super pretty and very well maintained. There is a fabulous beach over the road, with excellent chiringuito’s within a 5min walk. We enjoyed the sardines at Pepe Oro’s and the Mojto’s at Bossa Playa! Excellent location to explore the local area. Would recommend a car as Nerja is a 10min drive (although serviced by a bus and local taxi firms). All in all, would definitely recommend this apartment - it was nice and easy to book, and the owners very friendly. Will definitely be returning!
Second visit to this property, ovely place to stay
By Sue Knight on 21-May-2023Apartment fully equipped with everything you could want, very clean and tidy. Could sleep up to 6 people comfortably. Superb, spacious terrace overlooking sea. We only used one of the two pools, plenty of room to sit around and sunbathe and good size for swimming. Nerja 5 mins drive, Friglianna 15 mins, both beautiful places to visit 🏝😊
Excellent stay
By Mario on 13-May-2023Can not fault this everything you need is here in this well equipped apartment, property was spotlessly clean in every room. English tv was a bonus as was the underground car parking space, the view is spectacular from the massive balcony which is supplied with table and chairs, umbrellas, sun lounger’s.
One week in Marks apartment

Marc's apartment lived up and more to the pictures and description. We spent the most comfortable week at his property and many hours on the spacious, amazing balcony. Would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone. Deposit returned very promptly. Hope to revisit soon. Eileen and David
