Group of 9 adults had a wonderful time at La Mata. The Villa was perfect and didn't let us down. Morning swims in the sea and long walks during the day. The villa is very well equipped. This was our 5th villa holiday and the best villa so far. The transfers went also very well. Owe took care of us as promised.
Our second time staying at this amazing house, and once again, it didn’t disappoint! Great location, excellent amenities, and everything is super clean. The friendly caretaker and owner made the stay even more enjoyable. A perfect place to relax and enjoy a vacation with friends.
The villa is well equipped and extremely well airconditioned, even in the middle of a Spanish August. The pool is clean and beautifully cared for and safe for all. The beds are comfortable and the supply of extra towels was a nice touch. The private and secure parking, behind two automatic gates, is very useful. Alas, one day somebody from the beach had chosen to park across the street access. The beach is next to the Villa, merely separated by a small access road. It was great fun observing the 'Banana Boats', jet skis and pedaloes that launch directly in front of the villa. I guess you could survive a stay at this villa without a car, but the main supermarkets are 10 minutes away and the nearby Dial Prix supermarket, although adequate, is up a hill now known as 'cardiac hill', especially in 35 degrees of heat. But this is always going to be a great place to stay. There are good restaurants nearby too.
This was a perfect location for a family holiday. There was 9 in our party ranging from 11 to 81 years old. The villa is so spacious, clean& well equipped . Everything we needed was there. We have had several extended family holiday villa rentals & this is definitely the best so far. Everything you see on the website is as you see it. Thanks Matt for sharing your fantastic home. Can't recommend it enough.
The villa more than lived up to expectations, we had an age range of 7 to mid 70s and everyone was delighted. I would definitely recommend it.
There were 8 adults, 1 child and 2 babies and there was plenty of room to socialise. in the lower ground floor was a triple room and a single room with communal area and a bathroom. On the first floor were 4 double rooms with 2 bathrooms. plus another loo in ground floor and 2 outdoor showers for finding sand and sun lotion off. 3 outdoor dining areas (1 with BBQ which is where we had breakfasts)1 indoor dining area and plenty of lounge space and a bar area. Also extremely well equipped kitchen. There was a trolley on wheels to use for shopping at the supermarket which was useful. Sandy beach, restaurants and bars were no distance at all. We had a great time.
