The villa is arranged on two floors, with respectively a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a full bathroom. On staggered floors there is a large and luminous living room, kitchen and laundry room. From the first floor there is easy access to the panoramic veranda, with gas bbq, second refrigerator and shady wooden pergola. The garden and the pool frame this wonderful house, furnished with taste and sobriety.

Breathtaking villa

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. The villa is really clean and nicely decorated. There was enough space and everything you need for a good vacation. The place is really calm and you can see stunning sunsets from the terrace. We loved it. Also it is so close to beautiful beaches and cute little towns. We were perfectly happy with the accommodation. The communication with Giulia and francesco was absolutely great, they are both so nice and lovely people. Thank you so much, we hope we can come back some time.

Very neat Villa with a wonderful ocean view, garden & pool area

We loved the Villa very much! Inside and outside of the house everything was clean with a well-kept garden. The atmosphere sitting at the terrace is very amazing next the the sunrise and sunset atmosphere. The pool was also very nice! Every bed room has a air conditioning system. Comfortable bed. Two clean and nice bathrooms. Functional kitchen. The household is fully provided from kitchenware, dished, to household items. The pictures in the description are identical to those I took there. The impression corresponds to the reality. One less great point was a not so fast wifi connection. There is a natural road which leads to the house which is not easy to drive and one has to get used to it. The villa is a little bit hidden from the street, so we did not find it at the first try. I would highly recommand this accomodation anytime!

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig, hat einen tollen Umschwung und eine tolle Terrasse mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht aufs Meer. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Francesco hat uns super begrüßt und betreut. Für uns war es eine super Woche. Danke

villa bien situé avec belle vue sur Mer. réception et communication parfait. un peu trop de règles pour les poubelles mais bon c est assez commun en Sardaigne.

We had a lovely stay relaxing in the villa and exploring nearby beaches. The property manager was excellent and very responsive throughout our stay. The villa was perfect for an extended family break (grandparents, parents and children)
