This 3 bedroom/1 bathroom townhouse situated on the quiet urbanisation Els Pins has an ideal location to spend your Holiday in Moraira.

There is a large international supermarket and a Spanish supermarket only 1 km away. the nearest beach is Cala Baladrar which is 2.1 km away (with car). The closet Sandy beach by foot will be the main beach of Moraira, called L´Ampolla. It is a safe walk and it will take about 35 – 45 minutes. On your way you will pass several pebble beaches and many bars and restaurants.

Entering the house you will find a double bedroom with built in wardrobes, airconditioning and mosquito nets. After a couple of steps up you reach the main floor where you will find the living room, dining area, kitchen and balcony with a comfortable area to relax and enjoy the sun. If you want some shade you can pull out the awning. On the lower level (in total 15 steps ) you will find another double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunkbed and a covered terrace. On this level you will also find the bathroom with a double sink, shower and toilet. Behind the bathroom there is a room where you will find the washing machine and an extra fridge. In total you can sit on 3 different levels to enjoy the sun as you can walk down to the lowest level where you can lay on the provide beach chairs.

The large communal swimming pool will be only a 2 minute walk. The area is secured with entrance gates and there is a seperate area for the young children. Within the secured area you will also find a tennis court, a petanque court and a table tennis table.

Lounge area with a comfortable sofa with a TV with chromecast, where apps are available for Netflix, Apple TV etc so guests can log into their own accounts, fibre optic wifi. There is a dining table with 4 chairs.

To enter the house from the private parking spot there is 1 step. Inside it is 5 steps up to reach the living area and 10 steps down to reach the 2 bedrooms and bathroom. To go from the lower bedrooms to the lowest terrace there are 10 steps

- Details on the Coast and Beach
The main beach of Moraira is approx. 3 km from the property and is ideal for families with young children. The delightful town of Moraira with its wonderful modern marina is a 8 minute drive away and offers a wide variety of bars, excellent restaurants and shops. Closer to the property you will find a varity of good bars and restaurants which can be reached after a 10-15 minute walk.

The 2 large sandy beaches of Calpe can be found approx. 10 - 12km from the property. The long boulevard of Calpe is behind the beach of Playa del Arenal and is 12km away from the property.

- Golf Details
There is the 9 hole Golf de Ifach course in Moraira, which is only 1.5 away. Javea Golf Club is 10km away and La Sella Golf Complex near Denia is a 30 minute drive away.

- Travelling to the Property
Use of a hire car is recommended. There are many interesting places to visit on the north Costa Blanca. The popular towns and beautiful beaches of Javea, Calpe, Altea, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance along the coast.

- Useful Distances
Alicante airport is 92 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 5 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 130 km to the north,(approx. 1 hour and 30 minute drive) The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 12 km from here.

- Further Details
Changeover days are flexible. The villa will be available from 4 pm on day of arrival, and we request it is vacated by 10 am on day of departure.
