Welcome to La Vista, your modern luxury retreat in Moraira, Spain. This stunning 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa offers a blend of comfort and elegance, perfect for family vacations. Situated moments from the vibrant beaches, restaurants, and bars of Moraira and only a 5-minute drive to the main beach, La Vista promises an unforgettable stay. Enjoy modern amenities such as air conditioning, hi speed fibre Wi - Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Relax and unwind at La Vista , where every detail is dedicated to your comfort and enjoyment. You enter the villa into the open plan lounge and kitchen / dining room with a view out to the huge pool terrace and 10m x 5m pool with roman steps and a shallow end for the kids. There are plenty of sunbeds for all guests and a comfortable "Ibiza Style" lounge seating area under the shade of the villa's upper terrace. To the rear of the pool terrace is another dining area for 12, with a modern gas BBQ, preparation area and sink for the budding chefs! Inside La Vista has every modern feature you could want for a memorable family holiday. The kitchen is spacious and welcoming with a breakfast bar seating 4 guests and a further 8 guests at the adjacent dining table. The room opens out into the main living area with sofa seating for 8 and international satellite TV channels with multi language options, films, sports and kids shows. On this level there are 4 bedrooms - 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin rooms all have en - suite bathrooms except for 1 of the twin rooms which has a shower room next door. Heading up stairs there is a further double bedroom and a master king size both with en-suite bathrooms. Both of these amazing suites have access to the upper sun terrace with a private lounge set overlooking the town and mountains beyond. Across the hallway from the bedrooms is a further spacious terrace with 2 sunbeds for private sun worshipping away from the rest of the guests. There is private off road parking. The villa is wheelchair accessible for the whole of the ground floor with easy access to the pool and dining areas. There is no lift to the upper level and would be inaccessible for those guests with mobility issues. This villa is strictly no smoking inside the property. Pool heating is available at an additional cost of €30.00 per night. The whole villa has air-conditioning throughout.
