Casa Nido, modern and comfortable villa with private pool in Moraira, Costa Blanca, Spain. The villa is located in a coastal, residential and mountainous area, close to restaurants and bars, shops and supermarkets.

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, both with shower, one en-suite.

The space

The master bedroom has view to the sea and a king size bed.
Another large bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom.
The third small bedroom has a comfortable fold out sofa bed, 140 x 200.

A round dining table with six dining chairs, a plush living room with a 50" smart TV and fire place.

All the bedrooms and the living room have air condition (cooling and heating).
For colder periods there is underfloor heating throughout the house.

The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018.

There are a number of excellent local bars and restaurants within 15 minutes walking distance and the centre of Moraira , with its blue flag award beaches, shops, bars and restaurants, Moraira is only a 5 min drive.

Moraira is a magical beachside town just a short distance south of Javea on the coast of the northern Costa Blanca, approximately a 30 minute drive from Benidorm to the south. Moraira was a thriving fishing village but over time it has changed into a high end holiday destination, somehow it manages to cater perfectly to the tourism industry, with high end luxury villas and apartments whilst retaining much of the charm which has long attracted visitors and ex-pat residents.

Moraira is blessed with a wide selection of stylish cafés within its pleasant streets For authentic Spanish dishes why not visit Las Gaviotas in the square opposite the church. The main fish restaurants are located on the front overlooking the small port and fish market (La Lonja) where fish auctions take place every morning at 10am except Sundays. Well worth seeing.
