2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which sleeps 6 if using the double sofa bed in the lounge.

The apartment is located in the Del Duque area of La Caleta, a few minutes walk to Del Duque beach. There are lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. It is a 15 minute drive from Tenerife South airport.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a quiet residential complex with beautifully maintained gardens. The whole of the complex is wheelchair friendly.

It has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator. The additional utility room has a washer, freezer and drinks fridge.

It has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and lots of storage and has an ensuite shower room.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds with lots of storage .

There is an additional full bathroom with bath and shower over.

The lounge has a sofa bed which converts to a double bed.

The large terrace has a covered part for alfresco dining and relaxing all year round as well as an open part for sunbathing. There is an electric bbq, sun beds and relaxer chairs.

Due to the covered part of the terrace keeping the sun away from the 3 double patio doors, the apartment stays cool with no air conditioning needed.

Large heated swimming pool with walk-in shallow end ideal for children.

Excellent Apartment

The apartment is spacious, clean and is very well equipped. We loved the terrace area as it’s spacious, sunny and has loungers, chairs and is a great place to dine. The apartment is quiet but with quick access to shops, bars and restaurants and is only 5-10 minutes walk to the beach. Pool area clean and sunny with shallow end for kids. Would definitely stay here again, thank you Julie for letting us stay in your lovely apartment.

We have stayed in this apartment several times it is in a great location for restaurants, bars and supermarkets the apartment itself is very clean, modern and welcoming it also has a large private terrace which has sunbeds and seating area great for relaxing.

Outstanding Apartment

This excellent well maintained and updated apartment is located in El Veril gated complex just back from the sea in the best area of Costa Adeje. It has a huge balcony and the complex has lovely gardens. There are great restaurants and small bars within walking distance. The apartment is very quiet as complex is mainly residential. The English owners are very trustworthy and easy to deal with. We have been regular repeat customers. TV has many channels and satellite films and is easy to navigate (unlike others who claim this availability) Would highly recommend.

We have rented this apartment many times over the last 8 years or so. Very spacious, very clean and the best equipped apartment we have ever rented. The complex is very quiet. The complex is maintained to a very high standard, the grounds and pool are tended daily. Secure, admittance to residents only, by way of locked gates. Several small convenience stores within a 5 minute walk, larger supermarkets 10/12 minutes. Tapas bars and Eateries within 5 minutes walk. Buses stop outside of complex and run very 20 minutes. Taxi rank 5 minutes away. The Owners visit the apartment regularly which helps maintain the high standard of accommodation. Any problems rectified by their local help who live nearby.
