Royal Parque Albatross is a very popular complex and is certainly one of the best located complexes with the nicest and highest quality apartments within it. Having been newly refurbished to the best possible standard, this apartment offers a great opportunity for you to rent high quality accommodation for your Tenerife holiday.

Royal Parque Albatross is a very pretty multi gated complex with tropical gardens and large heated swimming pool. There is a pool bar/restaurant beside the pool that is open daily. There is also a small playground adjacent to the pool for children. This is a popular holiday complex for couples and also families with children.

The nearest supermarkets, restaurants and bars are along the road beside the nearest entrance gate. There is a taxi rank outside this gate. There is a bus stop located near the top gates taking you to Los Christianos or El Médano as well as more local bars, restaurants and another supermarket.

The complex is situated a mere 2 minute walk from the marina where you will find a lovely newly built sea front promenade lined with restaurants. The coastal walkway stretches from there to the nearby fishing port of Los Abrigos. A nice walkway for an evening stroll

The peaceful location of Golf del Sur attracts people who enjoy space and an easy going atmosphere. I live nearby because the area has lots of amenities including Bowls, Golf, Padel and Tennis and lots of lovely bars and restaurants. There are nearby bars that have nightly entertainment within walking distance. Entertainment is listed in ABC Tenerife app.

Inside the apartment and from the front door there is a bedroom off the hallway. The bathroom is next along the hall and then the hall leads onto the spacious open plan kitchen/diner/living room. From there you go through the patio doors onto a large walled patio where there is a table and some seating.

The apartment has a fantastic position within the complex and actually requires no stairs to get to it from the bottom entrance gate of the complex. From the gate to the apartment is an easy small walk as it is near the gate.

The apartment has a large sunny ground floor terrace which is fully enclosed and therefore ideal for those with small children or who just enjoy their own bit of privacy. The terrace has views over the main pool area where there are plenty of sunbeds around the pool to soak up the sun.

The open living area is very comfortable and well furnished with a large L shaped sofa (sofa bed) and a 58inch flat screen TV. The internet based TV system gets 1000s of channels from around the world including all the normal free view UK channels. Wi-fi is provided.

There is a remote controlled LED light and an overhead light with Bluetooth speaker is also provided. Ceiling fans are fitted for your additional comfort.

Patio doors open to the large sunny terrace overlooking the complex, with patio table, sun shade, chairs and bench. Clothes dryer rack is supplied.

The thoughtfully designed kitchen is particularly modern, including a breakfast bar, an oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker. It has a full collection of cooking utensils and cookware.

The bedroom is modern, cozy and comfortable with a double size bed, touch control bedside lamps on cabinets, a 32 inch wall mounted TV with streaming service and built-in wardrobes. Ironing board and iron are supplied. A free Safe is supplied.

The bathroom contains a walk-in dual action shower, toilet, wash basin with unit containing hair dryer and a wall mounted lighted mirror. There is also a top loading washing machine in the bathroom.

The complex has spacious sunbathing areas surrounding the main and children’s pool. There is a secure children’s play area. The on-site bar and restaurant is open daily.

Guests typically get a taxi or hire car from the airport however there is a bus that can be used. There is a free public car park across the road from the gate which most guests use as well as lots of free public street parking.

Key handover is done by me as the apartment is in a gated complex and I have to let you in and welcome you
