"Il Giardino degli Aranci", this is the name of the villa, is a charming and historic villa of 1700 with private citrus gardens and private pool, protected by the gate for little children, vaulted and stars ceilings and stone fireplaces. Minimum staying 1 week ( 7 nights). Check in after 16.30. Check out 9.30.
The villa, is a peaceful place, a corner of Paradise, where you can live a romantic and intimate atmosphere. Belonging to the XVIII century, published in one of the most beautiful book: Historic Houses in Salento edited by Grifo. Located in the middle of the village of Spongano with all comforts and facilities at walking distance, Private pool ( 8 mt lng X 4,30 mt large), Air/C in each bedr, WiFi, Bbq, It is located at the top of a little private alley with green all around and enjoy all the facilities as restaurants, squares, coffee shops, supermarkets, bank, shops etc. Sleeps from 10 adults plus 2 (or 4 children adding single beds or cots).
Price is for 10 people. Each extra guest, pays an extra cost of € 35 per day.

Following Italian and Regional law for temporary rental a holiday home extra hotel, non hotel facilities accomodation, all the utilities are charged to the guests extra at their consumption and will be paid the last day. The meter readind will be done together with the owner, upon arrival and, again, before departure. Rates published on the National Companies bill, according to current rates written in the contract.

Far away to the sea, just from 10 to 20 minutes drive to reach the crystal clear waters of Castro and the white sand beaches of Alimini-Otranto. The villa is the ideal place for family gatherings who want to spend a holiday in relax, away from the crowd that populates the coasts, but having the sea very closed. The Masseria, with its ancient architectures, the majestic star and arch vaults, stone fireplaces , the “secret gardens” ( the garden inside where the bedrooms overlooking) rich in citrus, figus, apricot, really offers those who live it, a unique, intimate and romantic atmosphere. Enjoy of the big festival from April 30 to May 6 with majestic baroque lights! Many festivals in June, July and August animate the ancient village with stalls, tastings, concerts in the squares and dance of "Pizzica", famous Salento dance. Arrival from 4,30 p.m to 7,30 p.m.. Spongano is one of the most delicious small ancient villages, linked to the agricultural tradition of Salento that enliven the flat and uniform hinterland. All within walking distance. Also it’s position has the advantage of being located 2 km from the highway that leads to every destination very easily. Many nice villages closed to visit. The archaelogical Museal System of Vaste and Poggiard, just 2 km far away, the Messapic cities, the worrier Valley, can be visited with ad hoc organized tours.
"IL GIARDINO DEGLI ARANCI" has 280 square meters of indoor area and 800 square meters of outdoor area.
