Description

Casa Cinzia is located in Vico Equense Marina’s square – the sea is so close that you can almost touch it! The seaside apartment is 70 metres squared and can sleep up to 5 people. It features a 30-metre-squared panoramic terrace with a stunning view of the sea and of the coastline, air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet access.

Casa Cinzia boasts a wonderful panorama of the sea and the coastline. At Casa Cinzia, you are approximately a 15-minute’ walk (via a footpath with steps) from the centre of Vico Equense, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and public transport. From here, you can catch the train to Pompeii, Naples and Sorrento. Casa Cinzia is the perfect accommodation for a mixture of a beach and sightseeing holiday. In the Summertime, the square in Vico Equense’s marina has bars and restaurants offering delicious fresh fish dishes.

Casa Cinzia is located on the first floor of a two-story building and is accessed via some shallow steps (approx. 20 metres) and then 20 steps to the front door.

As you enter the apartment, there is a long corridor. The first room on your right is the main bathroom with a corner bathtub, toilet, sink and bidet. There is also a window. Next, on your right is one of the double bedrooms with a window, air conditioning and a small table and chairs. Further along the corridor on your right, is the second bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

As you near the end of the corridor, on your right, you will find the open-plan kitchen/diner with a table and chairs for 4 guests, a TV, a window and a single sofa bed. The kitchen/dining room is air-conditioned and is fully equipped with a washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster and sink.

At the end of the corridor, you will find the main double bedroom with beautiful furniture, a TV and air conditioning. From the bedroom, you have direct access to the wonderful terrace which boasts stunning views of the sea and coastline. The terrace is fully equipped with a table and chairs aso you can dine ‘al fresco’ or you relax and sunbathe on the sun loungers.

Due to its location by the seafront, you will not need a car to stay at Casa Cinzia but if you do have one, you will be able to park it approximately 30 metres away, for a fee, in a parking space (where a space can be reserved). Alternatively, you can park it along the public roads but tickets would need to be purchased (the actual distance may vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

We had an amazing time staying at the seaside apartment in Vico Equense!

The apartment had an unforgettable view from the terrace which we took advantage of. You could see the sea, boats, and the surrounding area. We loved that the beach was only a five-minute walk. The water was beautiful! The apartment had all of the amenities that we needed, and we loved the quiet location that also had restaurants close by. It was charming. What was also very charming about the apartment was Cinzia and Carlo who were right next door. They were extremely nice and helpful to us and really made us feel at home. This makes us want to come back and stay in Vico again. Alfonso was a great host. We missed our connection in Rome and he was very helpful in providing us with options and waiting for us. As it was raining in Vico, on the day of our arrival, Alfonso very thoughtfully met us at the train station and drove us to the apartment. We really appreciated this after our long trip. Grazie Alfonso!

Our group of 4 mature adults enjoyed our time as Casa Cinzia. Cinzia is a lovely and helpful host and google translate keeps the communication going. We were driving. Lovely apartment, comfy beds, glorious view.

Our stay at Casa Cinza was a dream come true on the picturesque Sorrento Coast. Nestled on a cliffside, this enchanting villa provided a haven of tranquility with breathtaking sea views. We were warmly welcomed by Alfonso and Cinza the gracious hosts who ensured our comfort throughout the stay. The private terrace overlooking the azure waters, making every sunrise and sunset a spectacle. Exploring the nearby towns of Sorrento and Positano was a breeze, thanks to the villa''''s strategic location. Casa Cinza truly captured our hearts. We can''''t wait to return. Grazie! Julie
