The villa is in an excellent location for bars,shops and the beach The villa was well equipped and comfortable and everyone enjoyed the pool and terrace .
Basic villa within a good location. Villa definitely not 5* standard as described. The kitchen and bathrooms looked very run down compared to pictures which was quite disappointing. The lounge and outside areas were very nice. The views were amazing from the villa and the size of the swimming pool was as expected which we all enjoyed. There were no cleans of the villa or pool during our stay- another disappointment considering we were there for 10 days. A lovely villa but it was more run down than we expected.
We stayed here a group of 12 and had a fantastic stay. The villa is very well equipped with everything you would find at home. The views were great and plenty of space for everyone The villa was very clean and well looked after. Sara was very helpful if we had any questions. The pool and jacuzzi are great Would happily return or reccomend
Total Relaxation at this Beautiful Villa 5 of 5 We have just returned from a week's holiday at this beautiful villa and couldn't recommend it highly enough. The villa itself is well maintained and spacious - just perfect for our party of six adults. The pool and surrounds are perfect for a totally relaxing holiday and all amenities such as restaurants, shops, supermarket and bakery are just a short walk away. The agent arranged for airport transfers which were seamless and only a short 30 minute transfer from the airport. Our perfect day by the pool was rounded off by a drink on the balcony watching the most stunning sunsets before we walked the short distance to Son Bou for dinner... Another great holiday at this lovely villa x 5 of 5 We have just returned from our third trip to this villa and once again had a lovely time . Our group this time was made up of a variety of ages from 11 to a 95 year old ! All had a great time . The villa offers everything you need for a relaxing family holiday with beautiful views of the sea and surrounding area ,plenty of space to sunbathe or sit in the shade . The management office is very close by and are very helpful -in our case organising (very quickly ) a wheelchair to hire . Booking has always been very straightforward and the owners always happy to reply to any questions . We have taken different groups of people with us each time and all would be happy to recommend this villa . Fantastic Villa 5 of 5 Thank you so much Katherine for a lovely stay in your beautiful holiday home. This was my 6th time visiting Menorca but the first staying in Son Bou. The view from the villa is absolutely stunning and what made it stand out for us against our other shortlisted properties. The upside down configuration of the rooms allows the outside areas to completely benefit from the sea view. As a family party of 9 - comprising of 5 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 children the villa offered everyone a range of facilities suited to their age. The location is great, quiet enough to be peaceful with only a short walk to the shops and restaurants. We opted not to hire a car but being a large group and mainly eating in, we took a taxi for only around €12 each way to the nearest town Alaior and stocked up in one of the larger supermarkets there, with a wider choice of butchery and fresh groceries it was worth the effort as well as buying water and drinks in bulk to last the week and bought fresh bread daily just a 5 minute walk away. From the initial email enquiry Katherine was extremely helpful and having never rented a private villa before I spoke with her on the telephone, viewed the area using google earth and booked with total confidence. Katherine also put me in touch with the local management office who arranged airport transfers for us for much less than booking it separately from the UK. They were also really helpful in recommending a 'special occasion' restaurant. We ate at Casa Andres to celebrate my mums 70th birthday. They assisted me in booking this in advance of our holiday and arranged with the restaurant for a beautiful personalised cake from a local patisserie. All in all, great villa, fantastic location and easy confident booking. Would highly recommend!
