We had a wonderful time in Villa Salamandra. It is very spacious with balconies on both floors with plenty of seating over looking the pool with amazing views of the sea. The kitchen has everything you need including ice blocks! Plenty of space in the upstairs fridge freezer. On the ground floor there is a toilet next to the pool (which was very handy) and a room with a pool table and kitchen including another fridge freezer and dish washer with plenty of glasses and cutlery for the bbq. The pool is huge and can be accessed from the bedroom balconies. We found it to be in an ideal base for the bars and restaurants which are just 3 minutes walk away and the beach which is no more than 10 mins walk. The Villa is in the lovely resort of Son Bou, which has just the right amount of bars and restaurants and the best ice cream shop! We will hopefully visit this villa again as it was the perfect holiday.

‘Our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Salamandra in August. The villa is perfectly positioned for fantastic views of the sea while also being an easy stroll to the local shops and bars. The property had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool was fabulous and a really good size, the water temperature was perfect. The BBQ was great and it was super convenient having an additional kitchen downstairs. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was a bonus. We would recommend the nearby Casa Andre restaurant for amazing steak. We also enjoyed an afternoon walk along the beach to the neighbouring resort of Santo Tomas where we ate at one of our all time favourite Menorcan restaurants, Es Bruc. I cannot recommend Villa Salamandra highly enough and would 100% recommend it for a relaxing holiday in Son Bou.
Spacious Villa situated close to all the local amenities, ideal for a family holiday. Our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Salamandra in August. There are fantastic views of the sea from both balconies. We have stayed in a few villas in Son Bou but this has by far the biggest pool. There is a downstairs kitchen which is just great when using the barbecue and having dinner by the swimming pool. The pool table is an added bonus. All in all I would highly recommend this Villa if you are thinking of holidaying in Son Bou.
Villa Salamandra We arrived late evening on the 23rd April, we couldn’t see the true beauty of what this Villa had to offer until the Sunday morning. My word we were overwhelmed with the views not to mention the amount of facilities this dwelling offered. It is equipped to a degree you would want for nothing. We stayed for a month, this is the first time we have stayed away for this length of time. We enjoyed it so much so we will be returning with our children and grand children in 2023. We can thoroughly recommend a local restaurant called Es Jardin de temple. Friendly people with a service that complements your evening. The location of Son Bou is superb for visiting locations on the Island, 20 minutes to Mahon and 40 minutes to Cuitadella, time to have lunch out and still have time around the pool on your return. We honestly say a holiday to remember that must be repeated. A truly indulgent experience . Steph & Tim
Copy from feedback from received. Very clean and tidy in all areas immaculate. Everything provided that you could possible need in the kitchen. The villa is far nicer in real life than on the website. Excellent villa in an excellent position in Son Bou. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Thank you.
