Absolute privacy for up to 10 people, luxurious villa with excellent servicesOur villa has the Licence EOT Nro. 0756K91000402401. This licence confirms that our property meets all the standards of the Greek Tourist board, in terms of safety and comfort, for a villa of this category.
Villa Cassiopee is a 5-bedroom villa, divided in two parts (NOT rented separately!), built with the finest materials and decorated with taste. It combines tradition and luxury modern comfort and offers stunning views to a 50sqm swimming pool with luxurious wooden-deck, the sea and the hills in an absolutely peaceful location.
It is located on the top of a hill above the bay of Aghia Paraskevi, where our guests will appreciate absolute privacy, tranquillity and stunning sea views , on a private 6000m2 plot planted with olives trees, flowers and grass. and with a 50sqm pool,
It sleeps up to 10 persons in its 5 bedrooms and a sixth sleeping area in the mezzanine. The villa offers also 5 complete shower rooms, three of which are en-suite with three of the bedrooms. It has 2 spacious living rooms with fireplace and dining area and 2 fully equipped kitchens. Each living room has a beautiful terrace with nice furniture, offering an unforgettable view . A villa rental is above all a question of mutual trust. a previous personal contact is very important before you make your decision. Please do not hesitate to call me. By Kean S. UK Family on 31-Aug-2023Thank you so much for sharing your lovely villa with us again. Thank you particularly for letting us stay for the extra “storm days”. That made so much difference which could have otherwise been something of a difficult few days. Only two of our family had been to Casseopee before so it was lovely for us to see seven more of our family (including three grandchildren) having such a great time. The kids hardly got out of the pool!

Having first booked in 2019 , due to covid restrictions and postponing, Muriel, the owner, has been very accommodating and sympathetic to our plight. She has corresponded regularly, keeping us updated on the current situation. On arrival we were met by Jacque, her trusted representative on the island. He was very helpful, spoke perfect English, and had a good sense of humour. He was easily contactable throughout our stay. We picked up the included hire cars from the rental company at the airport, a little time consuming due to the number of passengers on our flight having hire cars. The cars were adequate and we had no problems with them. We were guided to the villa by Jacque and, what can I say, wow, what a place. beyond our expectations. The written descriptions of the villa and grounds were on point. The villa was clean, tidy, well appointed, with a good welcome pack, incl. bread, eggs, butter, fresh fruit, wine and much more. We were greeted by Mary, the housekeeper at the villa and together with Jacque they showed us around. All the rooms were spacious, clean and with fantastic views. There are alot of secluded areas and at no time did we feel closed in or on top of each other. The villa is not overlooked at all. The pool, although unheated, was a good temperature, with sunbeds for all. The provided local information was a real help. We had several wonderful meals on the BBQ, also sampling the local cuisine at many fantastic local restaurants in Skiathos, which remains a beautiful place to wander around. Personally this is my third visit to the island, and by far, the best yet. We will return, its just a matter of when.

When we leave on Friday I wondered about tips for your staff – Jaques has been great and Mary has also been in to tidy up after us. Is there number you recommend? Also, I know it is early in the day to do this – but can we put our hands up for next year? Ideally for the same two weeks? We would love Villa Cassiopee to be our annual home in Skiathos! An amazing week in Villa Cassiopee!
By Andy W. UK Family on 14-Aug-2021We have just arrived home from an amazing week in villa cassiopee, A lovely welcome on our arrival by Jacque and Mary who showed around this beautiful villa. Our family of 11 stayed here to celebrate lots of missed birthday celebrations. Highly recommended, outside space and pool area faultless plenty of room for the grandchildren to run around. Inside was very tastefully decorated ,all bedrooms very spacious with top grade en- suites. Kitchen had everything you need. Beautiful views in all directions. We have been and stayed in skiathos many times and this is the best holiday and villa we have stayed in, Excellent. Thank you to Muriel excellent communication throughout this difficult time
