Description
Villa Susana is set just off the N124 east of Sao Bartolomeu de Messines. It commands fabulous views to the South and the coast. Located in a private setting, 3 bedrooms, 2 en-suite, with formal garden, private pool, sun terrace, barbecue. Fully equipped. 20 minutes to the coast, 15 minutes to golf, 20 minutes to shopping. A fabulous holiday home for family or friends to get together and enjoy the delights of Portugal! A little gem!Saturday 19 July 2025 to Saturday 30 August 2025 - minimum 7 night stay, in multiples of 7 nights (7, 14, 21 etc.) and Saturday only changeover

The villa has three bedrooms, two are with en-suite shower rooms. The third bedroom is serviced by a family bathroom next door, with a bath/shower. Two double king-size bedrooms, and one twin room. The twin room can take a camp bed which would suit a child. The villa has a light airy living space, and the kitchen is open to the main living and dining area with a breakfast bar, creating an inclusive space for all. Outside there is a fabulous covered outdoor seating area with integrated barbecue which takes full advantage of the stunning views right down to the Algarvian coastline from Albufeira west to Armacao de Pera. On hot and sunny days you can see the sea glinting in the sunshine!
There is a good size pool which is 4m x 8m, reaching down to 2.5m deep. It is gated and secure if you have small children.
There is also a fabulous large roof terrace for even better views, or private sun worshipping!

We loved the privacy & seclusion, the heated pool (a welcome option for an October stay), and the well-equipped kitchen. Excellent communication from/with the owners made it all hassle-free. Thanks for a super week.
Fantastic Stay

The villa is set in a quiet place, with privacy and calm, with a view for miles across, far into the distance. Wi-fi great, all you need in a very nice 'home from home' quality kitchen. The three of us had a great time. Close drive to 2 x large supermarkets in one direction and beautiful castle town of Silves

Maison très propre, confortable, la piscine chauffée est un véritable plus sans oublier cette vue sur la campagne de silves et au loin la mer..tellement apaisante ! un véritable bonheur cette semaine de vacances! Un grand merci à Alex et sa team pour sa disponibilité et ses petites attentions ! Je recommande fortement cette location A haven of peace, we enjoyed the calm and serenity of the place! House very clean, comfortable, the heated pool is a real plus without forgetting this view of the silves countryside and in the distance the sea.. so soothing! a real happiness this week of holidays! A big thank you to Alex and his team for his availability and his little touches! I highly recommend this rental
A super villa in an excellent position
By Roger R on 29-Jun-2024Villa Susana is a beautifully presented and maintained property, tucked away so as to give complete privacy but only five minutes or so by car from the Continental Supermarket in Messines. The pool is a joy and I can really recommend the 'heated' option as the water temperature is perfect - simply didn't want or need, to come out!
Beautiful location

There are markets very nearby and it's a 20-40 minute drive to so many different things in the Algarve region. The view is great of the surrounding orchard fields and they pool is deeper than you might expect. We are very happy with chosing this property for our vacation!
Toller Ort zum Entspannen/Great place to relax and unwind
By Mark W on 28-Apr-2024Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es ist ein guter Platz zum Relaxen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, der Pool ist super. Für Ausflüge zur Küste benötigt man allerdings schon ein Auto. We enjoyed the stay very much, it’s a good place to relax, the house has everything, the pool is great. For trips to the coast, however, you need a car.
