My place has great views, the local beach is a short walk , and there are a good selection of restaurants and dining. Fantastic choice of beaches are a short drive away which have numerous family-friendly activities. The city of Cagliari is about 30 minutes away is has a wide variety of art and culture. My villa is great for couples and families alike who are looking for a peaceful and beautiful, relaxing location.
The space
My villa is a semi detached property located at the end of a quiet cul de sac .
It is a 2 double bedroomed villa with private garden, panoramic pool which measures 6.5x4.5m and a large terrace for al fresco dining. The villa is south facing with a sea view in a quiet development. The property is modern, local stone built with excellent specification throughout. It is fully air conditioned, including both bedrooms. The property can sleep 5 adults and children plus baby cot . There is a double bed for 2 in the 1st bedroom and then beds for 3 people in the 2nd bedroom , plus baby cot . A fold out bed can be made available in the living room if you really need an extra bed . We have a baby bath and high chair available. It is fully fitted to a high standard with all modern amenities including a washing machine and dishwasher.
Guest access
The villa , pool are gardens are rented to guests sole use. The villa is all on one floor with only a few wide steps up from the pool area to the villa so suitable for those who are less mobile and small children. The terrace is perfect for enjoying some shade in the daytime and outside dining.
Just a short walk through a small pine forest will take you to the local beach . The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac just off the coastal road. Car hire is recommended to enable you to visit the many fantastic beaches, see the magnificent coastline and enjoy some wonderful restaurants.
Cars cannot be parked outside the villa during July and August but there is plenty of alternative parking only 2/3 minutes walk away .
Other things to note
I have a Welcome Book full of ideas and suggestions for things to do in and around the local area. There are many wonderful beaches to explore , offering fabulous snorkelling opportunities, boat hire and boat trips available.
Close by there is a wide selection of restaurants and locals shops/ supermarkets to stock up the barbeque.
Cagliari is a wonderful old city worth exploring , with an abundance of shops, restuarants, history and culture.
