NORTH OF S. BRAS DE ALPORTEL , Casa Flor a cosy and comfortable country holiday home all renovated . Ideal for people who enjoy peace and quite, up into the hills ( Serra do Caldeir ) with vast open spaces, pure air, fresh vistas around every corner. One has a feeling that time has stopped , a sense of penetrating the secret heart of the Algarve. Only half an hour drive from the well know village of S. Bras de Alportel with all facilities and open market every Saturday.

Locate at the end of a road , with an out side parting area .

There is a simple friendly restaurant/snack bar/groceries shop with fresh fruit and vegetables ( all in one) 5,8km away . Every morning one can hear a funny hoot announcing the arrival of the fish man who sells door to door fresh fish.

The villa is tastefully furnished in rustic country style . From the entrance door which leads you direct to the spacious and lovely living/dining/kitchen area in an open space, with fire place. And french windows to the covered large terrace with B.Q., all fenced with gates to avoid small children into the swimming pool area

and open terrace area.

There are 3 twin bedrooms all with wrobes and a full bath room.

By the swimming pool there is a shower room, and an out side WC. , BASIN ) Inserted in the swimming pool there is a small one for children

Holiday in the hills

From the start of the booking process back in February to the stay itself, everything was excellent. The communication from Maria was superb and the booking was so easy. The villa itself - WOW! Well equipped, perfect remote location, large clean pool that kept 3 children very entertained. Everything you need is here and you will not want to leave! A car is essential but nowhere that you'd need is more than an hours drive and the views along the road to the villa are worth it - tip if you use the Sat Nav, do NOT take the shorter route! Will definitely return!

The villa is absolutely lovely, clean and well equipped, everything you need and more. We enjoyed our 8 night stay. Beds are a lovely size, bit firm for us, but best size we have found. So clean, couldn’t fault it. Pool is perfect, but take a fly swat for wasps.

5/5 Excelentes Férias numa excelente casa Foram uns dias excelentes. A casa estava super limpa, muito bem equipada, até máquina de café (Dolce Gusto) tinha, aliás a cozinha está muitíssimo bem equipada, não faltava nada. Uma excelente piscina e um ótimo terraço com sombra para as refeições, e espaço para 2 rapazes poderem brincar á vontade. Em tempo de pandemia quero destacar a limpeza de toda a casa, está impecável. Quero também agradecer á D. Paula, pela ajuda quer no dia em que chegamos quer na saída, uma pessoa sempre disponível. Foram umas excelentes férias longe da confusão normal desta altura, um descanso total. Iremos voltar com toda a certeza. Muito obrigado 9/13/2020 at 4:59 PM
