Description

A beautiful and very spacious 4 bed roomed Mediterranean villa, within 10 minutes walking distance from both the little beach and resort.

The ground floor has a brand new state of the art kitchen-diner,with access to terrace/external dining area, there is a large split level lounge-diner,with terrace doors that lead to the pool area, there is a separate TV lounge WITH FREESAT , en-suite , air conditioned double bedroom with bath and overhead shower, there is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. There is a new WIFI booster at the property providing good coverage everywhere.

The upstairs has 3 large bedrooms leading from the open gallery, all bedrooms have air conditioning. The beautiful master has an en-suite with a far reaching view to the sea from a private balcony. The two other large double bed rooms share a bathroom and balcony, bathrooms are large with baths, and separate showers and double sinks and bidets.

The extensive terraces lead out from the kitchen and lounge , there is ample sunbathing and shaded areas when time out of the sun is required, there is an external dining area to enjoy alfresco dining, plus open bar area and sun terrace,there is comfortable sofa style seating, ample sun loungers and parasols, all overlooking the swimming pool which measures approximately 8 X 5 Mtrs and has a depth of 1.9mtrs and established garden with far reaching views beyond.

This superb villa can comfortably accommodates 8 people with dining for 8 both inside and out. Air conditioning upstairs and central heating throughout.

A very quiet area with the Little Beach and the larger beach of Santa Ponsa both within walking distance , 10-15 minutes away by car you will find many beaches and hidden coves, including , Portals , Ileatas, Paguera, Camp de Mar and Sant Elmo, for those feeling more adventurous there are plenty of great routes for for hiking and cycling. Golf lovers will appreciate the 3 Santa Ponsa golf courses while boaters will enjoy Puerto Portals, Port Adriano and Port Nautico which are only a couple minutes drive away. Quality restaurants, bars and cafes are all within easy reach.

A perfect place for family vacations or with friends. Please note for Summer 2024 bookings we require stays of 3 weeks or more.

We holiday in Mallorca most years (last 14 years) renting villas, joint family of 6 people. By far we all agreed this was the best we have ever stayed in. We were greeted by Brandon on arrival who showed us round and felt safe in the knowledge that he and Jane were quite close and on hand for any questions. The villa was spotlessly clean and very well decorated, the terrace and pool area were fantastic. Being their family home for 8 months of the year it did feel like a home from home, obviously with a mediterranean feel. It was the little things as well, games left for us, the sonos speaker, spices were left in the kitchen, BBQ trays were available, table tennis the list goes on. We had a fabulous time here and didn''t venture out as much as other years, it was just so relaxing. We are already planning our return.

We recently enjoyed a two week stay at villa Florencia with our family. We had an amazing time. The villa was perfect for our family requirements. The kitchen was very well equipped for us who like to cook. The outside space was perfect from drinking eating and sitting. The bedrooms and bathroom were clean. Bedding clean and crisp and very comfy. Never slept so well .The location for our grown up family was great for accessing the beach and bars etc. The owners Jane and Brandon were a delight. We have rented several villas in the southwest of Majorca and this without doubt has been our favourite. We look forward to hopefully being able to return .
