Beautiful villa in perfect location. Only 5 minute walk to little beach and another 15 minutes to Santa Ponca town. Amazing views from upstairs. Would highly recommend for couples and families.
A fabulous family home away from home. Villa Alice is perfectly located between Santa Ponca resort and Club Nautico where you can watch beautiful sunsets and see all the yachts and boats in the marina, a 5 minute stroll from your front door. Highly recommend for families or groups of friends as Alice has great indoor and outdoor spaces. Great service from Southwest Mallorca holiday rentals team.
We have rented a villa in Santa Ponsa (Mallorca) for 9 days in August 2020 through South West Mallorca and our holiday experience has been perfect. The villa was just as shown in the photos and was very well equipped. In fact, we will rent it again next year. The service provided by South West Mallorca were excellent.
We rented Alice for my parents Golden Wedding Anniversary during May school half term. There were 4 adults and 2 children. The villa provides so much space up and downstairs, with a down stairs bedroom and ensuite perfect for my parents. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the bedrooms all good sizes. The villa is well equipt and is of a very high standard throughout. Home from home especially on the odd day of rain we had. Perfect location, quiet, 5 minute walk to the small beach and two bar/cafes. The main stretch of the town is about 15 minutes walk to the start of the restaurants and about 20 mins to the big beach. The pool was a tad chill but it was May! but this or the rain didnt stop my daughters. There were plenty of sun lounges and areas to sit and eat. Everything has been thought of. It was serviced during our stay and so were the gardens which surround the house.It really is a bit of luxury and would highly recommend and would love to return. We have booked twice before with Debbie at South West, and this again was effortless and everything ran smoothly with the booking. Thank you again x
Absolutely loved our stay at Villa Alice. Great location close to the yacht club with some great restaurants. The villa was really spacious for 2 families and very well equipped. Great support from the team and we had a super guy Alex and his wife with an 8 seater taxi who ferried is around. The car hire was probably not really needed
