Nestled in a tranquil residential neighbourhood near the Tennis Academy, Villa Mara is a spacious five-bedroom villa offering a private and peaceful retreat. Enjoy easy access to the exclusive beaches and amenities of Port Adriano and Santa Ponsa, just a short drive away. Enter the villa through secure electric gates and a private driveway leading to a secluded 1.5-acre plotThe ground floor features a spacious open-plan living and dining area with access to the outdoor terrace. Comfortable sofas surround the inviting fireplace, and exposed beams add to the villa's rustic charm. Large doors leading to the pool area allow for plenty of natural light. For a more intimate setting, there is also a separate smaller living room/snug with a TV. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a self-catering holiday, with ample storage and a separate utility room for convenience.
The ground floor also features the elegant master bedroom suite, with king-size bed dressed in crisp white linens. The walls are painted a soft yellow, creating a warm and cheerful atmosphere. A large rug in a vibrant shade of green adds a pop of colour to the room. French doors lead to a private outdoor space, allowing for plenty of natural light. A chest of drawers and a bedside table provide storage and surface space.
Upstairs, you'll find three more bedrooms: one double and two twin rooms. All bedrooms feature fitted wardrobes and have convenient access to bathrooms.
For guests seeking extra privacy, the villa offers a separate "Casita" that serves as a fifth bedroom. The casita has its own bathroom, kitchenette, and air conditioning. Please note that there is an additional charge of €750 per week for the use of the casita.
The villa's beautifully maintained grounds offer ample space for children to play, with grassy areas perfect for kicking a ball around. The inviting pool area features plenty of sun loungers for relaxation, shaded dining areas for enjoying family meals, and a ping pong table for entertainment.
Villa Mara is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the Tennis Academy. The vibrant center of Santa Ponsa and the chic area of Port Adriano are also within a short drive.
Please note: The advertised price is based on 8 guests using the main villa. There is an additional charge of €750 per week for using the 5th bedroom, which is located in the casita on the grounds.

I want to book next year
By Elizabeth Mitchell on 25-Aug-2024Brilliant villa -all four beds have bathrooms and suite downstairs is palatial. Pool is a great size and cleaned while we were there. Kitchen well stocked and house immaculately kept. Ideal for families as a big terrace and safe for children. Near to Santa Ponsa town and shops and beaches not far a way. I know the area well as I lived in this street for 10 years so I knew what is would be like and it did not disappoint. We all had an amazing week-just sorry we couldn't book longer. Owner extremely helpful and SWM -any issues resolved immediately. 100% in my book, but please don't go-I want to book it next year

Celebration
By Yvette on 22-Aug-2022Villa Mara, is a fantastic villa. We were celebrating a 70th birthday so we had toddlers to grandparents to please and this had it all. It has a Spanish homely feel, with a large indoor space and a cosy TV room perfect to settle children in the evening. All bedrooms are very spacious with extremely comfortable beds all with en suites. We also used the Casita which is self contained with gorgeous views and again very spacious. The outdoor space is again spacious with a big pool and patio area. A BBQ with both dining and a very comfortable seating area to relax in. The location is 1mile from the beach/shops but do not let that put you off as the villa is not overlooked so very private and peaceful.

Quiet and spacious
