This sunny family villa is located in one of the most beautiful places of the Monte de los Almendros. From the spacious terrace with private pool you can see miles of the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains of Sierra Nevada and the picturesque white village of Salobreña at the foot of the mountain with the illuminated 13th century Moorish castle. The villa has a separate apartment and can accommodate 8 guests in total.
The bright and spacious living room, dining room and open kitchen are separated by a number of steps. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. The sliding glass doors give access to the spacious terrace with private pool. There are different seating areas, so you can enjoy the beautiful views under the sun as well as in the shade. On the terrace you can prepare the fresh daily fish on the gas BBQ, while enjoying the outdoor space also in the evening. The villa has WIFI and TV with international channels.
The 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are on the same floor. Two bedrooms have en suite bathroom, one of them with bath; the third bedroom uses the family bathroom. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.
The apartment is on the lower floor with its own entrance. The apartment has a living room / kitchen and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. The sliding glass door gives access to a private terrace. The villa is ideal for families or friends who want to enjoy their holidays together.
The living room and bedrooms have air conditioning (hot and cold). There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Villa Aura has a garden with beautiful tropical plants, fruit trees and a generous covered parking space for 2 cars. The parking lot is a few steps away from the front door. The property can be completely enclosed.
Villa Aura is located on the very nice hillside urbanization Monte de los Almendros. The recreational area of this urbanization with tennis court, large swimming pool, children’s pool, football pitch, playground and a petit restaurant (during the summer months) are only a few minutes drive from the house. Guests have complimentary use of this recreational area.
The beach, restaurants and shops are less than a 10-minute drive away. There is an easy access to Malaga, Granada and Almeria airport.
If you can prise yourself away from this beautiful villa, there are lots of things to see and to do in the area: the ski area of Sierra Nevada, where you can also enjoy great walking and hiking is less than 75-minute drive away, so you can ski in the morning (from December to April) and relax on the beach or at the pool in the afternoon. The 18-hole golf course, which is located on the beach, is a 10-minute drive away. The picturesque mountain villages of Las Alpujarras are nearby as well as the wonderful historic cities of Granada with the world famous Alhambra Palaces and Malaga with its historic downtown, the cathedral and the Picasso museum.
For those interested in art, architecture and history, this region offers the best of what Andalusia provides. Small white washed villages on the top of the hills, tropical nature, sounds of flamenco and of course the richness and variety of the Spanish food. You will be charmed and overwhelmed by the beauty of the region.
Salobreña benefits from the subtropical microclimate with over 300 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of over 20˚C.
