Welcome to Florida Villa Sunrise. Situated on Sunrise Lakes in Clermont, a highly sought after community. Your very own luxurious and spacious, beautifully furnished 4 bedroom home, sleeping 8, with sensational south-west facing large heated pool and spa, right in the heart of central Florida… a real home from home. Fully air-conditioned throughout. Countrywide & International phone service. Free wi-fi broadband/internet access. 24/7 monitored alarm system and built-in safe. Fully licensed by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation. Overall a large and spacious villa with over 2400sqft of living space for you to enjoy the holiday of a lifetime. 24/7 local Management Company. Off of the 192 West, 1 mile North on US27 and 20 minutes from the I4. 3 mins to 24/7 Wal-Mart supercenter and restaurants. Just 25 minutes from the Disney Parks, 40 minutes from Universal/Islands of Adventure and so much more...The villa is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Pool & Spa heat is available at an additional cost of £105/$140 per week. The large south west facing 28x14' heated pool, spa for 6 and extended deck means all day sunshine and provides a great view overlooking the lake. Sun beds, table, umbrella and seating included - a lovely spot to watch the sunset after a hard day at the parks or shopping, or to spend a day relaxing and chilling out (a removable child safety fence for around the pool to protect the little ones is also available). You will also find a number of inflatables, dive sticks and floats in the garage for use in the pool. Both houses either side have obscure privacy screen meaning you are not overlooked in the pool area. Access to the pool area is via the patio/deck door which has a pool door alarm fitted to protect young children from entering the pool unsupervised. Please note BBQs are not allowed in the pool area or on the deck.

Large kitchen area with granite countertops and twin sink with waste disposal unit, all utensils and cookware provided, a large American fridge/freezer with built in ice-maker, a large range cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, electric and/or range kettles, coffee maker, blender and toaster.

Family Lounge with Comfy Seating & 50″ LCD Widescreen Smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney & Apple TV using your own account details.

A 24 Hour Walmart SuperCenter is a 5 minute drive away with a Super Target a 10 minute drive away. A walk-in medical centre, 2 major regional hospitals, numerous golf courses, Lake Louisa state park and other local parks, walks, lakes, canals etc plus a huge choice of shops and restaurants are all close by. Local restaurants include Chili’s, 5 Guys, Waffle House, Chick-fil-A, Olive Garden, Long Horn, Bahama Breeze, Orlando Ale House, Applebys, Dennys, Mcdonalds, Wendy’s Plus a Drive Thru Starbucks Near to Walmart.

Winter Getaway Break
By Stephen Rabone on 10-Jan-2025We love this property, it was our third visit. It really is a home for home experience, the owners appear to have carefully considered the needs of a typical family. The property is well maintained, clean and all the appliances are fully functional. We enjoy the pool & spa, ideal for the sunset vistas, unfortunately it was unseasonably cool this trip. That said the villa is ideally located for the theme parks, central Florida for Homossasa & Silver Spring state parks and we even managed a trip to the Gulf coast. On return to the UK we had an email from the Owners thanking us ‘for the care and respect you have shown to our home’ which was much appreciated. We recommend this property, if you are looking for a quieter location approximately 30 minutes by car from the theme parks or as a base to simply just chill out

We have been in many villas over the past 24 years and I can honestly say that this was one of the best . It was by far the cleanest and also the best appointed Villa we have stayed in . The owners have thought of everything..even down to a sewing kit ! The owner was great with his communication and was really quick at getting back to you . I would highly recommend the villa and I do plan to book again .
Home from Home Villa

The villa itself is kept to a high standard and is a gorgeous villa compared to the usual place we stay at. The living area and pool area were our favourite, the sofa is SO comfy. The villa had all the amenities you would need and lots of things we could use as part of our stay - pool floats, beach towels, hairdryer, hair straighteners if needed, Smart TV for Netflix etc. Even simple things like straws for drinks… they had just thought of every little thing you’d need. Pool was cleaned during our stay and it was easy to keep on top of laundry, there was fresh bedding provided and plenty of spare. The owners were on hand to answer a couple of questions once we arrived. The location was perfect for us, two minute drive from Dollar Tree which was handy for toiletries etc. Couldn’t fault it & we can understand why this place is booked up! We hope to return soon & would have been back next year if available. Do not hesitate to book this place, so glad we found this property and Simply Owners.
