Villa Margarita is situated in one of the best locations in Roses with amazing views over the whole Bay and surrounding pyrenees mountain ranges. Villa Margarita is a large, spacious 3 bedroom villa with private pool (approx 4m x 8m) and hot tub.
A perfect place to bring the whole family to enjoy a memorable holiday, disconnect and totally relax. Enjoy outdoor dining, chillout zone, various terraces and outside bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. All with amazing views, you won't be dissappointed! South facing so sun all day!
This is our own main home which we rent out only for certain periods during the year so you will find it extremely well equipped.
Villa Margarita is located in an elevated position up a hill (hence the amazing views) in a quiet residential area. The road leads up to a dead end where you can enjoy many walks and see the dolmen trail in the national park of Cap de Creus.
The WIFI is fiber so no problem if anyone has to do any work during the holiday!
Downstairs has a large open planned kitchen, dining room and lounge (AIRCON) with different views out of each window!
There is also a downstairs separate toilet.
The kitchen door leads out to the terraces and hot tub and to the side of the house is an outside shower and toilet overlooking the mountains and sea.
Steps lead down to the pool area and chillout zone, all looking out to the Bay! The chillout zone and day bed will both have shaded pergolas.
Upstairs you have the following:
Bedroom 1 - huge room with bed 160 x 200 and bay windows with another seating area, separate dressing room and en-suite with toilet, bidet and double jacuzzi bath and separate large shower where you can still enjoy the sea views. AIR CON
Bedroom 2- Bed 140 x 190 - Ensuite bathroom with bath and shower attachment. AIR CON
Bedroom 3 - Bed 90 x 200 - Ensuite bathroom with shower - fan.
Parking space on private driveway.
There are so many things to see and do in the area so we do highly recommend coming by car to explore the surrounding areas and stunning beaches and coves.
You will have plenty of information and recommendations from us to make your holiday a great experience and one that you will want to repeat.
Note: all bedding and towels for both the pool and the beach are provided to save you room in your luggage!
Final cleaning is also included in the price and we pay the tourist tax for you.
We require a 500€ refundable security deposit.
Pets on approval so please ask if you would like to bring your dog! (small extra charge/dog/stay).
There is a separate apartment at the back of the villa which is only rented to 2 people and they have their own entrance and private deck at the rear and do not share any of the spaces of the main villa!
