We loved the whole place- it's a short stroll to the beach which also has some nice restaurants. Having air con in all the bedrooms was great and heated pool meant we used it every day. Elaine was very communicative and when had some minor issues she resolved them very quickly. Would highly recommend.
We have stayed at many holiday lets and this is definitely one of the best. The Villa was well organised, comfortable and had a lovely homely feel. There were lovely touches such as books that we could read and enjoy, inflatables, buckets and spades that were there to borrow and nightlights by the beds. We are a family of 4, we had lots of space and we loved just relaxing by the pool. The roof terrace is wonderful and we would often have evening drinks watching the sun go down over the sea and lighthouse. The view is great. We enjoyed eating outside and the BBQ area has fairy lights so you can continue sitting out into the evening. The location is also a massive plus to this Villa. It is tucked away down the end of a very quiet street, so you feel away from everything but within a 5 minute walk you can be on the beach or at a restaurant or the supermarket. We didn’t take a car and when we wanted to venture a bit further we used the Island taxi service which was very reliable and easy. The Owners have been excellent with communication and give a personal touch which we appreciated. We would not hesitate to book again.

So pleased we came across this villa as we love Punta Prima and Menorca as a whole. The hosts are amazing, great communication in advance and when we arrived. The villa is a short walk to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets and it is beautifully clean and maintained. The villa has everything you need and the pool is great, we hope to be back next year!
5/5 A lovely time had by all What a lovely 10 days we had at Casa Del Aire. The villa was lovely, spotlessly clean and many little touches that made it a real home from home. Very comfortable beds means we were well rested after a hard days sunbathing ;) The pool area is fab, completely private and we opted to have the pool heated which the lovely owners Elaine and Keiran were happy to sort out for us. We had great communication from them both from the time of booking and throughout. We actually had the pleasure of meeting them in the village one day. They both gave us some great restaurant recommendations and advice on the local area. Punta Prima is a lovely friendly village and just a couple of minutes walk away from the villa. We’d highly recommend Cafe Royal, Santi and Cafe Aire for fab food and service. All have tables with great views of the beach. We had such a lovely time we really didn’t want to come home. Almost as soon as we got back last year we booked again for this year! Villa is perfect, 3 streets back from Punta Prima front with its lovely beach, incredibly private as you’re not overlooked anywhere here. The outside is fabulous with 2 tables for different times of the day plus the outside sofa for lovely evenings after dinner on the front & the pool is perfect, gets really warm in the sun! Inside is lovely with the upstairs suite with the balcony that gets so much sun, the view from the shower is amazing! Great to have lots of games available, along with books - that I added too! It was particularly nice this time to meet the owner Elaine & Helen who popped in to change the beds, can’t recommend enough, we definitely hope to return as we love Menorca & this villa is perfect for us! Punta Prima is our favourite location, just enough for a variety of restaurants & lovely beach but not too busy at all, really easy to get the bus or drive to Mahon or get the land train to Binibeca. The water park at Sur Menorca is only a very short drive or walk too!
This villa is a real find. It is modern, spacious, and extremely well equipped. Everything has been thought of. We felt totally at home as soon as we walked through the door. Everything was spotlessly clean. It has a very private (not overlooked) garden with a lovely pool, which was maintained twice during our 10 day stay. It was great to have the choice of three seating areas outdoors. The villa is only 5 minutes walk to a lovely sandy beach backed by a small selection of lovely restaurants and a great beach bar for relaxing a watching the waves. We had a hire car and enjoyed exploring Menorca but it was always lovely to come back to Punta Prima which had everything we needed and not to touristy. We had to cancel our original booking due to having Covid. We can’t thank Elaine enough for all her help in rebooking and doing everything she could to make our holiday as enjoyable as possible. She and her husband Kieran are a joy to deal with.
