Spacious and private good quality villa, just a 5 minute walk to the superb beach in the popular resort of Punta Prima with its waterfront restaurants and amenities. With lawned gardens in this gated property, private pool and air conditioning make this an ideal family holiday property near to the beach.Sleeps 6 adults & 1 child
Accommodation on two floors.
Ground floor: Open plan lounge with satellite TV (Sky free to view) with some English channels, kitchen and dining area with air conditioning. Long conservatory off the main lounge with dining table, seating area and desk, with patio doors leading out to the pool. Well equipped kitchen including electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave/grill and coffee machine. Laundry room with washing machine, outside drying area.
Pool 5 x 10 mts, terraces with sun loungers and outside seating area with gas barbecue and fridge.

We were able to spend time with each other, play games and swim in the beautiful pool. I would definitely say it was one of the best villas we have been too and will definitely be booking again.
