Description
A superb villa in a prime location with all amenities on hand. Casa Troy consists of 5 spacious bedrooms, with 2 smaller twin rooms located just off the two super king rooms on the lower level making excellent family rooms. All three superking rooms and lounge have air conditioning/heating (coin-operated) installed. Three rooms have superking beds, three have twin beds and one has bunk beds. The rooms that lead off from the downstairs bedrooms are only left open when the villa is operating at full capacity.There are 4 full sized bathrooms, three with twin sinks and large showers, one with a bath with shower over the bath, 3 are also en-suite bathrooms. This modern tastefully designed villa is light and spacious and would be ideal for large families and groups of friends. Satellite TV with 60" flat screen TV including all sky sports and movies, a games console. Free Wifi is included. The villa has a fully equipped modern kitchen with granite surfaces and a separate utility room/drying area. Relax and enjoy the private south facing sun terraces furnished with comfortable sun loungers, pool table and a large hot tub Jacuzzi soothing away any feelings of stress with hydro air massage. Enjoy a swim in the full sized electricity heated salt water pool (heated year round) and later dine by moonlight on the outside dining area providing that special 'al fresco' experience.

By David Carthy on 19-Mar-2025We stayed at this beautiful villa for a week . It was very private and spacious, and had everything we needed from air fryers to hairdryers. The villa is in the old town of Puerto del Carmen and is approx. a 10 min walk to the new town. The villa has a lovely pool which is cleaned regularly and nice Jacuzzi for relaxing in the evenings. There is a local supermarket and Pharmacy 5 mins walk which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this villa and we will be returning this year again hopefully. It was very easy to book with the owner and we had no problem with check in it was all very straight forward.
Gorgeous Villa - A home from home
By Jason on 25-Jan-2025We spent 2 weeks at Casa Troy and had a wonderful time. The villa is really well equipped, spotlessly clean and has every amenity that you could ask for. The pool area is extremely spacious with loads of sunbeds and a large table for outdoor dining, not forgetting the hot tub and pool table. Location is perfect, the villa is in a lovely quiet area, but within walking distance to both the old and new town. The owner was also very helpful and so quick to respond to any queries that we had. We had an amazing time here and I would highly recommend Casa Troy to anyone. We were sad to leave after our 2 weeks and will definitely be back again next year!

By John & Angela Hutchinson on 11-Oct-2024Family holiday for a 70th Birthday celebration, 3 generations from 1-70 years old, the villa was perfect providing everything for all ages, The pool was fabulous and particularly well used as was the Pool table and hot tub, giving everyone lots of fun. The house was very well equipped with everything need for our stay. We would definitely book again.

Lovely & clean, comfy beds, the heated pool was an absolute bonus, as was the hottub, perfect location. Joice & Phillipa were great, communication was excellent all the way through, Would definitely recommend this Villa, & would 100% stay again.
Group family holiday Casa Troy

The communication with the owner throughout was brilliant, responded quickly and provided great information. The villa itself was fabulous, so clean and had everything that we needed for the 10 days stay. Kitchen had all the facilities / untensils we would need when cooking and there was also a lovely welcome pack on arrival with food and drink items. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage and the beds were very comfy. The outside area was where we spent most of our time. The pool was a favourite with all of our group and the pool guy came a few times to clean/check it and the hot tub. We also used the pool table quite a bit. Plenty of sunbeds and nice that there are a few down by the hot tub where you could have a bit of peace and quiet from the kids playing in the pool! We used the bbq a few times and ate all our meals at the huge table that’s outside, easily fitted all 10 of us around it with loads more space too. Villa is about 5/10 minute walk from a few supermarkets, bars and restaurants. We all had an amazing time at Casa Troy and I was just gutted we weren’t staying longer!
A wonderful villa
By Emma Berry on 03-Aug-2024We are a family of 11 people that stayed in this wonderful villa, we’ve been here before 8 years ago and loved it then and knew the villa works perfectly for us all. The villa has plenty of space and is very welcoming. Beds and sofa were comfortable. We especially liked the pool table and thought the swimming pool was the perfect temperature. It’s got everything you need, it’s so well equipt. The location is great there as the taxi rank is just a 5 minute walk from the villa if you don’t fancy the walk down the hill to the harbour/strip. Would definitely use this wonderful villa again when we have another family holiday get together. Thank you
