This was the first time I have booked a villa holiday - what a positive experience! The communication with the owner throughout was brilliant, responded quickly and provided great information. The villa itself was fabulous, so clean and had everything that we needed for the 10 days stay. Kitchen had all the facilities / untensils we would need when cooking and there was also a lovely welcome pack on arrival with food and drink items. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage and the beds were very comfy. The outside area was where we spent most of our time. The pool was a favourite with all of our group and the pool guy came a few times to clean/check it and the hot tub. We also used the pool table quite a bit. Plenty of sunbeds and nice that there are a few down by the hot tub where you could have a bit of peace and quiet from the kids playing in the pool! We used the bbq a few times and ate all our meals at the huge table that’s outside, easily fitted all 10 of us around it with loads more space too. Villa is about 5/10 minute walk from a few supermarkets, bars and restaurants. We all had an amazing time at Casa Troy and I was just gutted we weren’t staying longer!
We are a family of 11 people that stayed in this wonderful villa, we’ve been here before 8 years ago and loved it then and knew the villa works perfectly for us all. The villa has plenty of space and is very welcoming. Beds and sofa were comfortable. We especially liked the pool table and thought the swimming pool was the perfect temperature. It’s got everything you need, it’s so well equipt. The location is great there as the taxi rank is just a 5 minute walk from the villa if you don’t fancy the walk down the hill to the harbour/strip. Would definitely use this wonderful villa again when we have another family holiday get together. Thank you
Myself and my husband stayed for a week in Casa Troy and were absolutely delighted. The facilities were fantastic. The kitchen was really well equipped and allowed cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner at home really easy, so much so we ate out very little on our holiday because everything was so convenient and hassle free at home. The heated pool was really lovely and the outdoor eating area was great with the option of having a barbeque. We had lots of channels on the TV and we were also had access to NETFLIX which was brilliant. We would love to stay there again and maybe bring some friends and family with us next time as the villa was so spacious and perfectly laid out. The beds were very comfortable, as was the large sofa in the sitting room. Would definitely recommend Casa Troy especially for large groups because it has everything you could want for a hassle free holiday.
We recently stayed at Casa Troy, in Los Mojones, Puerto del Carmen and had a very enjoyable experience. This large, spacious villa is well-suited for groups of friends or family looking for a comfortable place to stay together. And in my opinion just far enough out of PDC to be in a more relaxed and quiet environment, but still within reach of either Old Town or the Main Strip via a nice stroll or a quick taxi ride for less than 5 euros. The villa is thoughtfully laid out, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax. The two Double bedrooms on the lower level, each with their own twin room and en-suites, were particularly convenient for our group. This setup offered a good balance of privacy and shared space. We found the villa to be clean and tidy upon arrival. It was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, from kitchen appliances to poolside essentials, which made our stay hassle-free. The outdoor seating area was a highlight and provided a pleasant spot for socialising, dining, or simply relaxing. The BBQ was very useful and provided an alternative to eating out on several occasions. The pool itself was a welcome feature, providing a nice way to cool off and relax. We spent a good amount of time swimming and lounging by the pool and making good use of the villa. Overall, Casa Troy met our expectations. It offers plenty of space, good facilities, and a nice outdoor area for dining and socialising. We would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Lanzarote.
We have recently stayed in this amazing villa as a family of 12, plenty of space for the amount of people, pool and hot tub amazing and cleaned regularly, large dining area for meals to be eaten together as a family, great addition to the villa is the pool table and BBQ, would recommend this villa to anyone
We had a fantastic stay at Villa Troy during the May half term. In total we had 6 adults and 6 children and we all had a wonderful time. The villa is huge and very clean and tidy. The pool was fantastic and was used all day long along with the hot tub an added extra that we all very much enjoyed. Lovely large outdoor sitting that we sat and had our evening meals or glasses of gin whilst watching the men do the bbq. Couldnt fault it at all and we would all love to come back again. Thank you for such an amazing holiday and letting us stay at your beautiful Villa. It was home from home and exactly what we all needed for some well needed family time
