We've just returned from a great week on Lanzarote at apartment 486. Perfect location and Puerto Del Carmen was perfect for our family week away. We will be back soon!
The whole booking process was professional and easy. Communications were quick, very friendly and accommodating. We found the villa from the directions supplied very easily. Great location and really enjoyed the nigh life in Puerto Del Carmen! The weather was just perfect.
My wife and I stayed at this apartment for two weeks April/May. Overall it is one of the best apartments we have stayed in. Description of the apartment was very accurate, clean, modern and very well equipped. Could not fault it. I was impressed with the customer service from the moment we enquired about the property, we got almost immediate, helpful responses. The information on the location and how to access the property was perfect. We had a late flight home and asked if we could have a late check out, which we were given, which meant we could stay in the apartment till we left for the airport. It may not be of importance to some holiday makers but the TV had every channel imaginable, including all Sky and BT sports etc. Handy if the weathers bad or you just want a relaxing evening. During our stay we never heard any noise at all from adjoining properties. The beach and "Shopping Centre", which has numerous restaurants and bars is just a few minutes walk away. Never had a bad meal at any of them. Only negative is that there is some aircraft noise which sometimes woke me during my afternoon nap by the pool. We would recommend this apartment to anyone and hopefully we will be returning there in the future.
Very clean cosy apartment, convenient to beaches, shops, restaurants and buses/taxi, exactly where we were told it was handy to find, would highly recommend as a quiet and private getaway. Great place for relaxing, plenty of places to go to including playa blanca, teguise market on a Sunday, buses are very reliable and easy to use.
