We stayed at 29 Playa Park for 60 nights. It is within a small complex with pools and a gym. It is situated just off the main strip only 5 mins from beach. Looked it so much I've already booked to go again. Communication with the owner Sharon was very good and helpful.
Sharon’s apartment is in a perfect location -Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and from the strip. The apartment was very clean and contained beach towels, ceiling fans, washing machine, beautiful view from the veranda and juice and water as a starter pack. The Sea Water swimming pool was beautiful and perfect on a hot day. There are plenty of sun beds for everyone.Communication with Sharon was very prompt and excellent. I didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return again to Sharon’s apartment-Definitely a home from home stay 🥰
We loved everything about this apartment. It was clean and well maintained. The beach was so close, less than a 5 minute walk. The nearest restaurant “La Avenida” was 2 minute walk, along with a small supermarket. Puerto del Carmen main strip was less than 10 minutes walk away. The owners were very helpful with any questions we had, and had thought of all the details. Beach towels were provided which was a great help to us. We really enjoyed our stay.
We just stayed here in September for 2 weeks. The apartment had everything we needed. The kids had a great time at the pool, the beach is also just a few minutes away which was great. We were just a 10 minute walk from the strip which was perfect. We have stayed in a few places in PDC and will definitely be returning to this complex. Lovely people and the owner was so helpful with any questions we had.
I recently stayed at Playa Park with my 2 children and mum (70+). The apartment was spotless and well maintained. The access was great with a second handrail up the outside stairs. All mod cons were provided and the owners had thoughtfully provided extras like beach towels and beach toys. It was a real home from home. The complex was clean and quiet. The pools were fabulous and heated. It was a 3 minute walk from the nearest restaurant and small supermarket to pick up bits. The area was flat and an 8 minute walk to Puerto del Carmen main shops and restaurants one way. And the same in the opposite direction to Matagorda. So accessible but quiet when we wanted to get away from it. The beach is a 4 minute walk away. There is a bus stop a 2 minute walk away that takes you to Arecife or Playa Blanca or Play Honda and more. We loved the apartment and the complex and would thoroughly recommend it to all. Looking forward to our next time at Playa Park.
Great Holiday at No 29 great holiday in apartment No 29, a 2 bedroom apartment in a quiet residential complex. The other owners and renters of apartments were so friendly, chatty and helpful about the surrounding area, the apartment was fantastic, it was spotlessly clean with every mod con that could be thought about being there. The owners Sharon and Colin were fabulous to deal with and made everything so easy for us. Linda and Dave who looked after the apartment were also fab and very willing to assist when we had a slight toilet issue, absolutely no problem in coming to fix it. The location was perfect as it was near enough the beach and local shops to walk to but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. When we were there, my sister had a medical issue and the help from Audrey in number 38 and Mark in number 24 was invaluable. I would have no hesitation in going here again and also to recommend these apartments to others. The pool was ideal as it was heated which just took the chill from it and made it so much more pleasant to enjoy. The complex was well looked after and very clean and tidy. Looking forward to booking again in the future
