The open plan space provides plenty of light and space. The villa has a comfortable lounge with two 2 seater sofas, an arm chair and ceiling fan. The flat screen TV with IPTV provides plenty of entertainment. There is a dining table with 6 chairs and a door leading BBQ area and alfresco dining terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven/4 ring hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle & cafetierre.
Accommodation Exterior:
Outside, there is a private swimming pool and outdoor shower with plenty of room for sunbathing around the pool on the sunloungers and parasol. The side terrace area has a table & chairs and large umbrella for shade - ideal for alfresco dining on the gas BBQ or entertaining the family. The white raised walls add some privacy. A small table and two chairs is under a shaded pergola infront of the lounge. Around the side of the property you will find an outdoor pool table and bench and also the washing machine is located in a locked cupboard.
