Description
La Marina is a detached Villa located in Puerto del Carmen, with wonderful sea views.It is only 1.1 km from the beach and the main avenue with shops and restaurants.
It has 3 double bedrooms, the master bedroom with dressing room, two bathrooms (one of them en suite), a toilet, two living rooms, the main one with 70" TV with streaming services, a dining room and a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer.
The whole villa has coin-operated air conditioning.
Outside there is a large terrace, a barbecue area, sunbeds and a private swimming pool which has a heater that works for a fee (very economical).
Shower, hand and pool/beach towels are provided.
The Villa has an alarm which clients can connect if they wish, because the area is very quiet and safe.

By Mary Dolan on 16-Jun-2024This was the perfect location for our family holiday. Its facilities were great. Pool was great. Lidl was just a short walk away. Close enough to walk to main restaurants/bars. Owners were so helpful. We had two teenagers who had lots of space and good WiFi!
