The Blue Ocean holiday apartament is located in Puerto del Carmen, in the 'Gran Casino Lanzarote' area, just a short walk from the beach, and a five minute walk from the main strip, the leisure area with restaurants, bars and shops (Avenida de las Playas and surrounding area).

The flat is located on a second floor with no lift (there is no wheelchair access ramp), which gives it a wonderful sea view.

The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two beds combined to create a king-size bed., and a bathroom, so it can accommodate a maximum of three people. It is possible to provide a baby cot on request.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, 42" flat-screen TV with over six hundred digital channels (Spanish, British, Irish, French, German, Scandinavian, Italian, etc.), washing machine and safe. The apartament is not air-conditioned; instead it has natural cross-ventilation. A fan can be provided on request.
Its private outdoor area includes an uncovered terrace with retractable awning, furnished with two sun loungers and a table with chairs.

A quiet common outdoor area (without bar service), shared with the occupants of the other apartments in the complex, consisting of an adult swimming pool with sun loungers and a children's pool, is also available for your use.

There is a SPAR supermarket next to the apartment, across the street.
