The villa has an impressive double door entrance accessed by stairs and a wheelchair friendly ramp.
Through the front door to the hallway that leads into a separate dining room and lounge
making a striking first impression on guests. Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The spacious living room is perfect for spending time with friends and family, and the bedrooms offer a comfortable and peaceful retreat after a day of adventure. The villa features a new fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals with local ingredients.

The patio doors leading onto the swimming pool terrace are another fantastic feature off the lounge. This allows guests to easily access the outdoor area and enjoy the pool and surrounding scenery. It also provides plenty of natural light and fresh air to the lounge, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.

The kitchen is really well equipped and is just off the dining area the modern fully fitted kitchen with everything you need to make this villa your home from home. Including a full size fridge and fridge freezer.
There is also a utility room off the kitchen, with a washing machine and drying space for you to use.

There is a full size games room with American pool table, table tennis and football table.

We have a Gym with Multi gym, Step Machine, Treadmill, weights and bench press
Bedroom One
King Size bedroom with large double bed is a luxurious and comfortable space, with the added convenience of air-conditioning and an ensuite bathroom.
In addition to the air-conditioning there are Patio doors leading onto the the terrace with views over the swimming pool which are a lovely touch.
Double Bedroom Two
A large double room with air conditioning ensures a comfortable temperature and a good night’s sleep. The ensuite bathroom is also a convenient feature, providing privacy and easy access for guests. Through the patio doors off the bedroom this room has is its own private terrace with seating.

Tariff: Rates are for up to four persons. Extra guests are charged at £185.00 per person per week.
Terms: A £500.00 deposit is payable on booking confirmation. Balance to be paid 70 days prior to arrival. ***All guests should have holiday insurance***.
Bookings are normally from 14:00 h on arrival to 10.00 of day of departure....Air Conditioning is operated with €1 or €2 euro coins.
Location: Villa Ocean View is also just a short walk from the spectacular 5 km of golden beaches at Puerto Del Carmen with its palm trees and rocky divides. The picturesque old fishing port of the Old Town is close by, a favourite spot to enjoy the local wine or sample one of the many excellent seafood restaurants for that special occasion.
Puerto Del Carmen lies centrally and is a coastal area making it perfect for reaching the Island’s many beautiful attractions and beaches. Arrecife is the lively capital of the Island boasting some excellent shopping and is only a 15 minute drive. The beautiful international marina at Puerto Calero with a wealth of excellent restaurants and marine excursions is a 5 minute drive.

The grandchildren loved the games room underneath the villa. Swimming pool good size and hot tub was big enough for four adults. Plenty of spaces to sit out side. Plus for me personally was pool towels provided, air con and full sky package. Roy and Jill were very nice. Will definitely be looking to book another villa through this owner Date: 22 September 2024
Absolutely lovely villa

The villa was well equipped, very clean, spacious with lovely outside areas. Me, as the chief launderer just loved the outside utility area! The walk into PDC took about 20 mins downhill with the girls, on a couple of occasions we got a taxi back which was about 4-5 euros.
We absolutely loved Ocean View!

It is as fab as the pictures make it look. There are so many different areas around the villa to chill out in, loads of space inside and huge bedrooms. We were a party of 4 adults and 4 children, and we had plenty of room for all of us. The villa was clean and well-equipped. It was a lovely touch for Jill to leave some bits and pieces for us to eat and drink on our arrival as there isn''t a shop nearby. A 20 minute walk downhill gets you to the Biosfera shopping center and Old Town, and a taxi back is around 4 Euros. We will definitely go back, and would highly recommend Ocean View. Beautiful Villa, would recommend it for sure, just keep 50 euro for taxis and you will be made up Should have posted a photo of Casas Heddy with directions showing this is left the Hotel. We arrived in the dark and it took 15-20 minutes to find the locaton and had 6 suit cases. Date: 14 August 2023
