New to the rental market located in the heart of Puerto del Carman, a duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms one of which is an ensuite , All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs with the kitchen and living areas upstairs there is a good size balcany to sit out and enjoy the fantasic sea views looking over the atlantic ocean and the neighbouring islands of los lobas, and the sandy beaches of Fuerteventura. The swimming pool of 3 meters by 7 meters is heated by sola panels and an electric heat pump to give an all year round heated swimming pool ,the pool also has built in roman stairs for easy access to enter and exit the swimming pool.

The property is just 5 to 7 minutes walk to the sandy beaches of Puerto del Carmen and the main hub of the Bars and restaurants where you will be spoilt for choice.

The layout of the rooms with living space upstairs worked really well. Great swimming pool and in a good location. Good quality furniture made the stay even more comfortable.

Keys were easily arranged, the pool area is spacious and pool well heated, internally the villa was spacious and comfortable

The property was in a good location. The pool was very warm . The villa was lovely and clean . It had everything we needed.Mark who welcomed us to the Villa was so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him . He even popped in with coffee’s for us one day.A really great place to stay. View your approved response
