Description

This apartment is situated in the sought after area of Matagorda, Puerto del Carmen. A few minutes walk from the golden sandy beach and Matagorda Commercial Centre where you will find an array of bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

You can also hire all kinds of bicycles in this nearby Commercial Centre to explore the vast expanse of beach and immense sea front promenade which are just below the restaurants.

The Kitchen is open planned and consists of an oven, hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, coffee pot. Overlooking the lounge is a breakfast bar with 4 x black leather bar stools.

Lounge consists of 2 large leather sofas, flat screen TV with BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and a few other English speaking channels, DVD with a small selection of DVD’s.

Bedroom has king size 150cm x 190cm bed, fitted double wardrobes, bedside tables and mirror and a cooling ceiling fan for the warmer evenings.

Bathroom consists of bath with shower over, washbasin, WC and a hairdryer is also supplied.

An iron & ironing board are also provided for your use along with a safe.

Terrace is south facing with table, 2 chairs, 2 sunbeds for those of you who are sun worshippers. There is also a large gated unheated outdoor communal pool on the development with a kiddies splash pool for those with small children along with a pool table.

Linen, bath/hand/tea towels are all provided but you do need to bring your own beach/pool towels.

The Vacation Rental Home is fully registered as a rental property with the local Ayuntamiento (council), the registration number is VV-35-3-0002564.
