It is situated on the very popular Colony Club Apartment complex which has a large sun terrace with a swimming pool and sunbeds.

This duplex apartment is 117 square metres and consists of a modern kitchen with all you need for a self-catering holiday such as microwave, oven, hob, fridge, freezer and a small utility room with a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The lounge area is extremely comfortable with 2 sofas and a TV which includes internet television and international languages.

There are large patio doors from the lounge that open up on to the balcony with beautiful sea views.

A marble staircase will take you down to the 2 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is a very spacious, tastefully decorated room consisting of a double bed which leads into an en-suite bathroom. This has a large walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 is a twin room with its own en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have aircon.

There is also a guest toilet on the upper floor.

The apartment has Wifi and has desk and work station for your use.

You are on the main strip within 2 minutes’ walk from the apartment, where you will find the beach, plenty of bars and restaurants in which to drink and dine. The new SOCO Shopping Centre is 10 minutes’ walk away along the strip in which there is a superb Mercadona Supermarket which also has fresh meat and fish for you to choose from.

A taxi rank is situated is 5 minutes away on the main strip.

The airport is around 9km away from Puerto del Carmen where there are plenty of taxis or a bus can be taken.

The Puerto del Carmen health centre is situated about 10 minutes’ walk away.
