Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing (except High Season and price is up to 6). Guests over 4 have a supplement of £100 per week.
First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free. Please contact us for a final price.
Accommodation Summary:
With its nautical theme this charming & bright, 3 bedroom property with private pool, located in the popular Puerto Calero Marina, provides you with the ideal setting to relax and enjoy the Lanzarote sun.
Set in a quiet cul-de-sac less than a 5 minute walk to the exclusive Marina with it’s wide selection of restaurants, bars, designer shops, supermarket and weekly Market.
Accommodation Interior:
The front doors open into the spacious entrance hall, along with a cloakroom, and leads in to the open plan lounge & dining room that overlooks the pool and garden.

1. Master bedroom with twin beds (made as a double with mattress topper), extensive fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with reading lamps plus ceiling fan and air-conditioning. Patio doors lead out to the terrace with two comfy chairs and table.

Living Room
The open plan living & dining room are tastefully decorated and with patio doors opening on to the pool and garden, giving the room has plenty of natural light. There is a generously proportioned L shaped sofa and a large 2 seater comfy sofa. The lounge features a large flat screen TV with Mag box (internet TV including BBC/ITV/CH4/5/Sky Channels plus much more and also an option for other languages). There is also a Bluetooth Sound Bar and WIFI. For those cooler winter evenings a Pellet Stove Heater will provide all the warmth you need.
Dining Room
Contains a rectangular dining table with 6 chairs and two high wooden stools & table.
Accommodation Exterior:
The enclosed garden and pool area has ample sun bathing terraces with sunbeds around the rectangular shaped private pool, a parasol, outdoor shower and cloakroom. Just outside the living area is a covered terrace furnished with a seating area with 4 chairs and table for relaxing in the shade plus a dining table and 6 chairs for alfresco dining. The large coal BBQ is perfect for all the master chefs!

Location:
Puerto Calero is an exclusive Marina with a fabulous selection of privately owned boats located in a sheltered bay. The Marina, which boasts an impressive range of boutiques, bars and restaurants is in a beautiful, privileged setting with views to the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. This is the place to be pampered, enjoying a drink at one of the Al fresco bars whilst watching the lovely yachts, sailing boats and waterside leisure activities.
The busy resort of Puerto Del Carmen is just a 5 minute drive away or you can take the taxi boat from the Marina to the Old Town harbour. There are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.
Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 9 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.
Car Hire:
This is not essential if you are happy to remain in Puerto Calero as the Marina is only a few minutes walk away. However it could be an advantage if you are planning to visit the different resorts or see the many sights the island has to offer
