This property was outstanding, and exceeded our expectations. The villa is laid out on 2 levels, with the sleeping area and pool access on the lower level. The property has beautiful areas to sit, with the most amazing views. The pool area is lovely, and the property had everything we needed for an amazing stay. It was exceptionally well appointed and equipped and we had an amazing time at the villa. A car is essential to get around, but roads are incredibly easy to navigate. Francesco, the concierge, was so helpful and recommended many exceptional places to eat and beaches to go with children. He was fully contactable throughout our stay and did a superb job of looking after us.
Although we didn''t meet Giulia in person, she quickly put us in touch with the property manager, Francesco. From our first communication to our last he couldn''t have been more friendly or helpful - including being extremely gracious to accommodate our very late check-in (3am on a Sunday morning!) after our flight was delayed. The property was everything we had hoped for. Very spacious with a cosy feel to it. Well equipped, from the kitchen to the bedrooms to the bathrooms. The outside spaces were a special treat. The house was ideally located, allowing us to explore the south east corner of Sardinia with ease. We''re extremely grateful for having the opportunity to stay in this stunning home!

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa in the first week in October. The villa is finished to a high quality with all mod cons. Communication with Giulia and Francesco was quick and helpful. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived. There are four different outdoor areas so you can have shade or sunlight at different part of the day. The swimming pool area is great with spectacular views over Cagliari Bay and watching the sunset. It’s a bit of an uphill climb of around 10 minutes from the main gate to the entrance of the villa so a bit of a workout when walking back with groceries! A car would be preferred to stay here as the better restaurants, amenities and sandy beaches are about 5 miles either way of Terra Mala. Thanks Andy
