Villa Sitio das Marinhas is a beautiful 6 bed villa set by itself in beautiful quiet countryside setting and with fantastic views to sea and land, located just 300 metres from Praia da Marinha Beach and close to another 5 beaches in the area.
The villa is on two levels and sleeps 12 max with all bedrooms benefitting from air conditioning. The first floor has a huge living room, dining room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom wc. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living, dining room and kitchen all have ceiling fans and heating devices plus a wood burner for those chilly nights during winter rentals. Surrounded by nature and wonderful views, the balconies surrounding the house allow guests to enjoy the views from shaded areas and overlook the swimming pool and terrace area with the sea views as a backdrop. The mature gardens have a wonderful variety of plants, almond and several other tree types including 3 amazing fig trees. Guests are invited to pick whatever they want to enjoy during the season. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything the owners could think of to ensure a comfortable stay.
The pool area has a lovely open terraced area with outdoor barbecue and shower. The pool can be heated at additional cost so if this is required, please ask. We switch on the pool heating 3 or 4 days prior to guests' arrival so that it is at warm swimming temp at that time, therefore warm on arrival and no comfortable swimming days lost. Sitio da Marinha can sleep up to 12 people (mix of adults and children) plus up to 3 babies and 1 small child. (Cots and high chairs available).
The lively and beautiful village of Carvoeiro is just 10 mins drive away and for golf fans there is a 9 hole course at Vale de Milho and two 18 hole championship courses within 20 mins drive at Gramacho and Pinta. Slide and Splash water park is 15 mins drive also with Aqualand also within 20 mins drive.
Sitio da Marinha has every ingredient and facility necessary for a peaceful and safe fun packed family holiday.
