Paraíso da Luz (""Paradise of Luz"") Casa Berlin is a beautiful 4 bedroom villa located in an enviable position in Praia da Luz, with magnificent sea and headland views and within walking distance of beach, restaurants, shops and supermarket. Built in 2002, it has a private pool treated with salt, a large private garden and superb ocean views. It is situated only 150m back from the sea. To accommodate larger parties, we also have another property, ref. P4068 which is located only 800m away, close to the beach of Praia da Luz (250m) and the village shops and restaurants.
Notes on accommodation: There is constant hot water supplied via boiler. The living accommodation is on two floors. Ground floor: lounge, dining room, garden room, kitchen, 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom, separate WC/wash basin, 3 terraces. First floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 en suite bathroom and 3 balconies. Basement: garage, further bathroom/laundry room and sports rooms included in basement. Additional parking to front of house and in drive. Cot, high chair and stair-gate available on request. Outside: Garden Room, terraces each with table and chairs, BBQ, alfresco dining patio with table & chairs and swimming pool with poolside furniture and a view to the sea. The villa is surrounded by an enclosed pretty garden. Gardener and weekly pool maintenance service included. The house is located just 150m (1 minute) from the sea. The beautiful beach of Praia da Luz is a 12 min stroll. Utility Room: Laundry room is in the basement. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Maid service twice per week (changeover day plus mid-week). Linen change once a week, towels twice a week. Other: Basement Sports: A garage is located in basement together with 3 other rooms which house large slate bed pool table, full-size table tennis table (new 2025)and a full-size football table. Dartboard available - you must provide your own supervision for minors.
During season, the minimum stay is 7 nights. Out of season, 3 night minimum
