Set across three floors, Villa Lux Luz has ample space for you and your family and friends to escape the hot midday sun.
There are three twin en-suite bedrooms on the ground level, each with direct access to the sun terrace and swimming pool. You will also find another large twin bedroom on the ground level, with direct access to the sun terrace and pool and its en-suite annexe.
The sun terrace has outdoor seating, and substantial sun beds are around the pool, so you do not need to get up early and reserve one with your towel!
The pool is private, and only you and your party will have exclusive use during your stay. The private garden is abundant with fruit trees, native plants, and a comfortable, grassy area. Our swimming pool also has a small children’s pool at the end.
The main pool can be heated; an optional extra charge applies. There is a badminton/volleyball court, a large BBQ area with a fully furnished kitchen including a fridge, dishwasher, and all crockery, cutlery, and utensils. The seating next to the BBQ is more than adequate for 20 people.
Our jacuzzi is near the BBQ area, beneath a pergola, where up to six people can unwind and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.
On the first level is the main entrance hallway, with a guest toilet leading to a vast living room. Steps down lead to the dining room, a fully furnished kitchen, and a utility room.
Still, on the first level, two twin en-suite bedrooms have access to a large terrace with fantastic sea views.
Finally, four other twin bedrooms with en-suite facilities are on the top level. Two bedrooms have a large private balcony with sea views. Simply stunning!

By S Gent on 15-Feb-2025I went to the villa with friends in February, and we loved it. We were met on arrival by Geoff, who gave us all the information we needed to enjoy the villa. I could not believe the size of the lounge, the pool and the gardens! Everything was immaculately clean, and the light inside was amazing. The kitchen has everything you need, and the en-suite bathrooms in every room really made it easy to get ready in the evenings. We ventured out into Luz village on several occasions and had some delicious food, greats, and a wonderful time. On the evenings when we wanted to stay at the villa, the outdoor BBQ/kitchen was truly perfect! Would highly recommend anyone in a large group of people to stay here! We were even lucky with the weather as well!

By Daniel L on 24-Oct-2023My family and I have just returned from a stay in this beautiful villa in Praia da Luz, and we cannot fault a single thing during our stay. From the simple booking process to transparent communication with the owner and our dealings with the property manager on-site, we have had the best holiday experience! The villa is set back from the main road, but still, the town and shops/bars/restaurants are a gentle 15-minute stroll away. As agreed, Geoff met us at the villa on arrival and showed us around with a list of instructions and information. It was first-rate! The villa itself is massive! The kids loved playing in the heated pool, and there was a fabulous dining area outside where we sat and ate most nights! The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and machines you could ask for. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and our room had a wonderful balcony we could sit on late into the evening in peace and quiet! The lounge area was comfortable with a big-screen TV and many international channels. During our stay, we needed to contact Geoff as one of the air conditioning units had stopped working, and within an hour, there was an engineer at the door who fixed it immediately! Excellent service, fantastic property and first-rate service. We''ve already booked to go again next year!

We were delighted by how beautiful the villa was as soon as we arrived. The villa’s well-kept exterior was charming and classy. One of the best things about our stay was the many available facilities and amenities. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun stay at the villa. Making meals in the large, well-equipped kitchen was easy, and the living areas were warm and inviting. The bedrooms were comfortable, so we all slept well. In addition, the villa had everything we could want for a modern stay. We had to pay extra for the Wi-Fi, but it was superfast. There was a big-screen TV and air conditioning. The villa was in a good location. We could walk to restaurants, shops, and Praia da Luz’s beautiful beach in less than 20 minutes. We enjoyed our stay more because everything was easy to get to. The outside space made this villa stand out. The pool and the area around it were charming. It was the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the peace. The kids were kept entertained, which was great! I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation spot in Praia da Luz. See you next year!

Outdoor had stains on lounge chairs. Overall had a great time . Lots to see in and around the area. Construction going on near the house going on. Enjoyed the place.

Luxurious Villa in a stunning part of the country
By Mark N on 10-Jul-2019We have recently returned from this gorgeous property and felt that we needed to share our experience with everyone because the entire holiday was simply perfect! There were 8 adults and 12 kids and at first we were a bit concerned that the villa wouldn''t quite be big enough to fit us all in! We were very wrong! The villa is huge! From booking through to our day of check-in, the entire process was really smooth. Doug and his team went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The villa was immaculate on arrival and it didn''t take long for us to feel at home. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable and the external cooking/garden area was where we spent every evening. The swimming pool was clean and the kids loved the Badminton court and table tennis table. At night we would use the gorgeous hot tub/jacuzzi and this was also immaculately clean. We hardly had to leave the property because everything we needed was there. I don’t think we used the gym that much though but for anyone who is a fitness freak is going to love the personal gym! Overall I would recommend this property to anyone thinking of taking a large group of family or friends to Luz. The village is beautiful, the people are friendly and we’ll definitely be booking to go back next year!
