Bedroom 2: Twin adult sized single beds with fitted wardrobe, 2 x side tables and lamps. Access to the gardens through a private patio.
Bedroom 3: King size bed, with fitted wardrobes, dresser and 2 x bedside tables with lamps, smart tv.
Family bathroom has walk in shower and freestanding bath, washbasin and toilet. This bathroom is accessilbe with a wheelchair, and the bedrooms are all on this level.
Bathroom 3: walk in shower wetroom, with toilet, bidet, washbasin and shower, in the hallway.
The kitchen is fully fitted, a large American style fridge freezer, a separate drinks fright, range cooker, toaster, kettle, barista style coffee machine, juicer, hand held smoothie/soup maker.
The lounge has a large dining table and seting for 10, which opens out onto the BBQ patio, overlooking the pool and gardens. Futher dining table at the BBQ patio, and relaxing sofas
The dining room leads to the open plan lounge , 2 large sofas , 2 relaxing single seater chairs.
The smart tv is set up for streaming, Netflix, and has a large video and music library, as well as loads of books and board games.

Within 5 minute walk to Acoteias village, with a large range of restaurants, bars, shops, open all year round.
Praia da Falesia, one of the best beaches in the world is less than 8 minutes walk , the Pine Cliffs less than 5 minutes walk.
This is a perfect holiday home, whether in summer, or winter, with woodburning stove and is winter ready.
Available on weekly lets from June to September, and longer stays October to June.

Dogs are welcome, maximum 2, we charge an extra steam cleaning fee.
We offer registered contracts for Visa purposes , from Oct to May only.

There is a security deposit , refunded upto 1 week after you vacate , if there are no damages.
We are registered for rentals, a booking form needs to be in , in advance with all passport details, as per Portuguese law
