We have stayed many times at this well appointed apartment. It is very spacious and ideal for a large group. It is very clean , tidy and within a well kept secure development. . Bedrooms are spacious with quality bathrooms. A nice kitchen with plenty of equipment to make meals. A good utility room with washing machine. Lots of additional facilities including table tennis and bicycles. Location is ideal , close to beach and numerous, eateries. The attractive pine walks is nearby which is well lit at night for evening strolls. The pool is ideal for children and adults as it has a shallow and deeper ends. The owner is only an email or call away and is happy to help with any issues that may arise. We have had many exciting and happy holidays here , we would highly recommend it.
We just returned from a fabulous stay in Michael’s excellent penthouse apartment. The apartment was super spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need from kitchen equipment to laundry, games, toys and dvds. Very well maintained, dedicated covered parking space, and beautiful views from terrace and roof terrace of the gardens. Easily accessible with the internal lift. Michael was super attentive and responsive providing comprehensive information about the apartment and local area and was always available to answer any questions. Such a wonderful tranquil location just a stones throw from the sea - it was a lovely restful haven for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and am sure we will be back.
We are regulars to Puerto Pollensa but usually stay in a villa but due to the time of year (April) and not needing our own pool I came across Lavinia apartment. I have to say … what a find ! This apartment had everything you could wish for. We were a family of 5 ranging in age from 26-83. We were lucky with the weather so we’re able to make use of all the extras laid on by Michael… the paddle board, table tennis, bikes and barbecue. The apartment is right by the Pine walk , we enjoyed pre dinner drinks at the Ila d’or hotel watching the sun setting. There is a lovely restaurant “The Store” next to the complex which serves great food and very reasonably priced drinks!! Michael has thought of everything in this apartment and responded quickly to any questions we had. The complex is very well maintained and the pool looked very inviting. There are deck chairs and sun loungers available to take to the pool or beach. I will definitely be coming back again. I can highly recommend.
The apartment was even better than the pictures. We've been staying locally for many years and this is in the best position for walking along the pine walk into town. It is really well laid out and equipped with nice bed linen, lots of kitchen utensils etc.- even beach towels included. The pool is always quiet and clean and the gardens absolutely beautiful. There were only 6 of us staying so each couple had their own bathroom but there was more than enough space for more. We didn't use the roof terrace as had a couple of elderly people with us that couldn't manage the spiral stairs but it's a fantastic space for families - we hope to come back with our adult kids and really make use of the roof . Michael was an excellent host - quick to reply to any questions etc.. and super easy to deal with at all times! Thank you Michael for such a great setting for our long awaited holiday! Our family have just returned from our second visit to this beautiful penthouse apartment. It is in a great location - just a couple of minutes from the Pine Walk and the beach, where there are shady trees to sit under or wee jetties to sunbathe on, whilst looking at the fish in the clear water. The apartment itself is fully kitted out with everything you could want. The kitchen has plenty crockery, glasses and cutlery. There were 2 coffee machines and a very fancy kettle! The dishwasher was extremely useful, as was the washing machine in the utility room. The owner, Michael has thought of everything - cleaning materials, 2 hairdryers and a welcome addition of 9 beach towels. The bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are perfect for a family, so there’s no fighting over showers! In the living room, there are plenty books, dvds and board games. Off this is a HUGE balcony with lots of seating - even a swing seat! Up a spiral staircase is the rooftop terrace, with a shower, sink, bbq and table tennis table. It is just perfect for soaking up the sun, whilst gazing at the mountains. I watched the sun rise and set up here! There are lots of seats/sun beds, so ideal for a bbq. There is a shop on-site - the Store Formentor, which offers lunches and dinners. We had a beautifully cooked meal, served by friendly staff. In the grounds there are ponds, teeming with wildlife. We saw dragonflies flitting across the pool, a wee frog, which had to be gently helped out of the pool, crayfish, a kingfisher and a white egret! Quite an array! The pool itself was very quiet and plenty of room to lounge or read. Michael, the owner is always extremely prompt with his responses and nothing is too much trouble. We’ve been coming to Puerto Pollensa for 26 years and this is by far the best apartment we’ve stayed in!
A fantastic location, very close to Puerto Pollensa Bay and the delightful Pine Walks.Large sandy beach no more than 15 minutes stroll away. With established eateries and friendly bars. The Beaches provide lounger rental and climbing frames for children, with showers and toilets close by. Of course the penthouse is well equipped for sunbathing with an assortment of loungers and chairs. Tables and chairs are readily available for outside eating on the balcony and the wonderful roof terrace for sunset gatherings and table tennis competitions! The spacious accommodation suits all ages as there is a lift to the apartment. The swimming pool is a great asset with a shallow end for children. If things go wrong or are not as expected, the owner Michel is easy contactable and provides a fast response and resolution to problems. We have stayed many times and shall once again return in September.
